Miso-Soup

伊藤先生要喝湯

材料


Why I have to teach a Japanese how to cook miso-soup!?
Unbelievable!!!
Miso-soup is Japanese food, don't you think so!?
 
Step One
Use a pot to heat the water until it boils
 
Step Two
Put ほんだし & みりん for making soup
 
Step Three
Remove from heat; then (Use filter of mix みそ)
Stirring constantly until みそ commpletely melted
 
Step Four
Pour Miso-soup to the bowl with egg,spring onion
 
Step Five
Drink

哈哈，的確是令人非常不解呢，
難道是伊藤先生被安的愛心餵養，
反而愛上台灣風味的味增湯嗎？

伊藤先生應該是想喝安煮的miso soup 啦 ~~
安煮的miso soup 一定加了好多愛心 所以伊藤先生自己煮應該會不一樣ㄋㄟ...
真想知道這次伊藤先生煮的kara-age 會不會像上次一樣黑黑的ㄋㄟ? ( 不要打我^0^)
