After I watched several auctions on Ebay, I finally decide I’d better start to collect Gingher designer’s series…Because some 2004/2005 models were sold for more than $200!
Joann is the best place to get them when they are new, for the price is much cheaper.
Honestly, I don’t feel the difference on 4” between Gingher and the regular embroidery scissors. But I really like the 8” dressmaker. They work great! Gingher also has the rotary cutter recently. I just purchased one for my aunt. Unlike the scissors which are made in Italy, the cutter is from China…

My sister and I were speachless after we saw the final price. Crazy Americans??
We had that scissers but we didn\'t even remember we owned it until last week.
Got too many stuffs. HA!
Personally I love Gingher collector\'s series. It is 3 1/2" in size and lighter than designer\'s series. Don\'t buy the one with "Fleur-De-Lis". http://www.gingher.com/tools/t_35inchhandcraf3.aspx

Now there are several at Ebay already up to $100-$200… The auctions haven’t ended yet. Good grief… I bet your collection now would worth more than a used car! Very good investment! :-)

第一把剪刀在JoAnn買的，現在可能要到eBay去找。
第二把是在 The French Needle 買的。
