Taco Soup
2 lbs hamburger
2 cans corn
1 sm can tomato sauce
2 cans beans (favorite)
1 clove minced garlic
2 pkg taco seasoning mix
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 large can beef broth
1 onion
Brown meat with onion and garlic, add all ingredients and heat through.
serve over tortilla chips and top with grated cheese to serve.
Spinach Salad from Merry Cox
Baby spinach leaves
Sliced strawberries
Sliced mushrooms
dressing
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2 TB Poppy seeds
2 TB sesame seeds
1/2 cup oil
mix ingredients in a jar and shake well
