女性的骨盆
昨天整理女性騎馬種種解剖學上與男性構造不同(詳見男女大不同-騎馬篇),需要不同的學習方式,邊整理邊對瑜珈體位同時有不少領悟,Anusara的很多alignment原則真的非常適合女性。
●骨盆前傾:女性骨盆天生會前傾來求平衡,尾骨往後翹,連結腰椎跟骨盆的薦骨(sacrum)也往後斜,因此女性普遍有弓背情形,這樣的解剖學特性,讓女性可以很自然做到很多後彎動作 --以折腰的方式,長久練習腰椎的椎間盤會受傷(下腰痛)。這時Anusara的招牌動作--壓尾骨是穩定骨盆的關鍵,女性尾骨天生比較短,因此需要一點練習來體會如何壓尾骨(同時放鬆臀部)。尾骨向下壓、用開胸的方式後彎,實現Anusara往下扎根、向上飛翔,取得身心最大平衡與整合。
●因為天生尾骨後翹,下壓尾骨也是所有站姿中(三角式,英雄式...)穩定下盤的關鍵。
●大腿外翻:女性骨盆接大腿骨的窩槽面向兩側,因此站姿中大腿內旋可以有較多穩定的力量,也可以保護膝蓋。
●小腿外翻:女性小腿骨並非垂直膝蓋往下,而是略往腳踝方向外翻,我自己站姿時腳很容易著力在腳外緣(內緣容易翻起),這時使用Anusara小腿往midline(想像中的身體中線)集中很有幫助,同時雙腳大拇指用力下壓也有幫助。另外英雄式垂直往側面彎曲的腳要刻意把膝蓋外翻到跟小腿同一平面才不會受傷。
事實上越來越覺得我的瑜珈跟騎馬練習是同一回事,都是在增加對身體跟自我的察覺,只是一靜一動罷了。像最近正在研究的騎馬方式Centered Riding有五大要素,分別是soft eyes, breathing, balance awareness, centering, and grounding,用在瑜珈上完全適用。

It's very common for hatha yoga beginners to emphasise on asana rather than to creating the harmony between the physical body, mind and energy. Without purified physical body, human beings unlikely can sit peacefully in their meditation but troubled by their restless minds, in contract, Buddha suggested that anyone can immediately get into meditation stage without calm your physical body, mind and energy.
There are so many kind of yoga styles out there and they have their unique ways to approach the final stage of yoga (unites kundalini & ida & pinala in ajna chakra then forges to saharara chakra), I appreciate every single wisdom I have gained from every teacher I study with, sometimes the language could be mistaken and that’s why you hear people say “listen to your heart” to remind you the illusion that has been created by our minds. Hi Limay,
對我來說,似乎不同瑜珈派別是緣分,anusara讓我真正入門,而ashtanga目前最讓我安於其中。
不過體位法的遲滯不前有時還是令我覺得挫折,要如實察覺跟享受當下身心狀況真不容易。
