◎ 68年出生於桃園﹐本名陳文成的青年詩人陳謙﹐從抒情出發﹐操作知性語言。其作品真誠樸實﹐深切掌握土地與人民的脈動。連續獲得吳濁流新詩獎﹑全國優秀詩人獎﹑鹽份地帶新詩獎等﹔著作有【山雨欲來】詩集。
Born in Tao-Yuen 1968, real name is Tan Bun-Seng, the young poet Tan-Khiam, operated his sentiment in form of words, his article is realistic and truthful, deeply graps the pulse between people and the land, had continuously obtain prizes from "Ngo Tok-Liu New Poem", "National Outstanding Poet", "Iam-Hun Areas New Poem" etc. He has published an album of ''The storm and rain is coming".

◎ 這首《今夜阮有一條歌》是＊林福裕老師創作生涯第2首台語藝術歌曲﹐鋼琴伴奏以宛如吉他之模式譜寫﹐曾為國內某衛星電視公司及北美某電台引為節目名稱並當片頭音樂。
This "Tonight I have a song" is Mr. Lin's second Taiwanese art song created, using piano as background to modify guitar effect and composed, being used by certain North America radio station as well as certain satellite television company as main front topic music.
