理論基礎:「團體對話的學習」(Dialogue learning in group : Leadership and performance of group) 是國際組織學習協會資深顧問:尼克•贊紐克(Nick Zenuik)、鄧尼斯•薩多(DENNIS SANDOW)及中央大學宋 鎧教授所創建。彼得聖吉 Senge指出當團隊真正在學習的時候，不僅團隊整體表現出色，個別成員成長的速度也比其他的學習方式為快。然而要讓團隊產生真正的學習並不容易，「團隊學習」的修練，旨在透過「深度匯談」（dialogue），讓群體發展出超乎個人才華的偉大聚合能力(Synchronicity)。這次的論壇，您將經歷的有趣的練習團體對話，簡單有力的產生團隊績效，容易應用又很有效的提升領導能力。只要帶著輕鬆的心情來，敞開您的心胸全心參與，您將體驗一個有趣又學習的夜晚！

關於引導者：施鵬程
Percy是師大數學系畢業、交大運研所碩士、美國蒙他拿州立大學教育領導博士候選人，目前服務於郵政訓練所。他曾擔任局長、執行秘書、專員、CIS負責人、講師等職務，也是華民國組織學習協會現任顧問、行政院知識經濟種子講師。他的專長相當廣泛，包括交通運輸、企業形象、教育領導、諮商輔導、組織學習、組織變革等。Percy曾出席參與2005年維也納舉辦之世界組織學習年會並發表Ｕ理論組織學習之台灣案例。 Percy的聯絡方式:28948100-324 Fax:28970333, email:tdd04@ms.pti.gov.tw •

" Dialogue learning in group: Leadership and performance of group" is crated by senior consultant of SOL. Peter Senge pointed out when the team is in truth learning, not only the team whole performance splendid, the speed for individual member grows is also quicker than other learning ways. However let the team have truth learning is not easy. Team Learning is for the purpose of penetrating the depth dialogue it lets the group developing their favorable talent to get the great power of Synchronicity in the team. This forum, you will experience the interesting practice group dialogue, the simple powerful production team performance will be easy to apply and also increasing your personal ability of leadership. So long as you come with relaxed mood, and open your entire heart to participate, you will experience wonderful learning in the summer night!

About the Facilitator: Percy P. Shih
Percy graduated from the Mathematics Department of Normal University and the Master of National Chiao Tung University and the PHD candidate of Montana State University. Currently he is working for Postal Service Training Institute. He was the chief, executive secretary, specialist, CIS director, and lecture in Postal Services Bureau. He is sitting the advisor to Chinese Organizational Learning Association, and the core lecturer of knowledge economic of Executive Yuan. His has very broad specialties, including communications and transportation, corporate image, educational leader, consulting and mentoring, organization learning and organizational change etc. Percy has been participated the 2005 World Organizational Learning Annual Conference at Vienna, and presented the case study of Taiwan of U theory organizational learning Contact Percy:28948100-324 Fax:28970333, email:tdd04@ms.pti.gov.tw
