主題：「創意上路跑」 ─ 創意思考體驗發表會

□創意屬於某些專業領域（像是廣告），有些領域根本用不上（像是會計）
□創意躲藏在我的右腦中
□創意，唉，就是神秘的靈光乍現嘛，有就有，沒有就沒有
□創意就是生意
□創意不能教，不能學
□創意就是天馬行空
□創意就是許許多多的點子
□要想有創意，就要放輕鬆

創意思考是廿一世紀的當紅名詞，卻也備受誤解。有人以為創意很神秘，有人以為創意是天才的家務事。有人以為自己的專業一點也用不上創意，還有人被自己的腦袋打劫了
「我，我就是沒有創意！」
真的嗎？如果我們說：
1.創意來自思考（創意就是思考）
2.思考自有天成（有些人會天生比較靈活）
3.創意（思考）可以後天訓練
4.創意（思考）能力人人皆有
5.創意（思考）先從超越自我著手
6.思考需要學習

關於引導者：余佩珊
專業團隊引導師以及個人引導師(personal life coach)。ICA認證引導師。目一向致力於引導個人的創意思考學習，團隊的創意實踐能力以及組織的創新開發實務專案，並獲得一致的好評與佳績。余佩珊是一位啟發者，充滿創新與實驗的精神，她目前並致力將團隊引導，創意思考實務與組織創新結合，發展出特有的教育訓練以及組織服務專案。她的客戶遍及各大專院校，教育機構以及研發機構。
目前佩珊在東海大學企管系擔任副教授，並且擔任校內創意動力學習中心(Creative Dynamics Learning Center, CDLC)的主持人職務。她是美國辛辛那提的行銷學博士，以及密西根州立大學的廣告碩士。

Creativity is a magic term of the 21st century, and also, unfortunately, the most misunderstood one. Some think it’s the product out of a mystical process; some think it’s the “home business” of genius. Some never believe that creativity has anything to do with their specialty. Last but not least, some is captivated by their own brain that they keep whining to themselves:
「Let go of me! I DON”T have creativity! 」
Is that true? What if we propose the following:
1.Creativity comes from thinking (creativity IS thinking)
2.Thinking is inherent (some people are good at certain thinking process)
3.Creativity (thinking) can be trained
4.Creativity (thinking) is in everyone
5.Creativity (thinking) starts from self breakthrough
6.Thinking needs to be learned

8.Everyone has his/her own capacity of development
9.Everyone can be a creative thinker

About the Facilitator: Peisan YU
Peisan is a professional group facilitator and personal life coach. She’s also a certified ICA facilitator. She’s been an avid promoter of creative thinking—from the journey of personal learning, to the level of team cooperation and organizational innovation—and has thus been recognized for her achievement not only among the educators, but also in the business sector as well.
Peisan likes considers herself an inspirer. She is full of innovative ideas and audacity to try out new approach and new perspectives. Currently she is committed to integrate her expertise in group facilitation, creative thinking and organizational innovation into programs of educational training and corporate service.
Peisan is now an associate professor at the Dept of Business Administration of Tung-Hai University. She has also been the director of Creative Dynamics Learning Center (CDLC) since 2005, which is a part of the 4-year long Teaching Excellence Project subsidized by the Ministry of Education. She has a Ph.D. degree in Marketing at the University of Cincinnati and an M.A. degree in Advertising at Michigan State U., USA.
