這次的論壇，我們將進行一場「蘇格拉底對話」。

蘇格拉底對話是有組織地回答某些大問題的方法。進行方式是針對一個主題，直接根據參與者的經驗來進行哲學式的探索，尋求對這個主題直接又精確的內涵與意義的了解。這是在學院外的討論，無關乎名人或名著的觀點，而是關於參與者你自己的想法、及其他人與團體的想法，而不是靠哲學吃飯的人的想法。

在蘇格拉底對話當中，你不可能期待在這樣的一場討論會當中，能獲得全體一致的看法。但你可以從這對話當中得到：一個挑戰別人的觀點、或讓自己的觀點接受挑戰、並學習如何協調或忍受相反觀點的機會。不論這個挑戰最後是強化或顛覆你的立場，你及團體對討論主題的內涵與意義的思考及了解將更清晰。

關於引導者：馮仁厚
馮仁厚擁有台灣大學商學研究所碩士，曾任哈帝食品（股）公司副總經理、天仁集團副總裁、上海中興百貨公司總經理。現任群仁管理顧問（股）公司總經理、中華企業研究院研究員、行政院陸委會台商張老師、北京市管理科學院資深顧問。講授課程遍及領導、經營策略、管理實務、溝通會議、大陸投資等，仁厚不但是一位傾聽、善解人心的高手，更是一位整合達人呢！

「The Socrates dialogue」 is a method to systematically answer some big issues. The process is to explore the direct and accurate insights and understanding on one subject from participants’ experience in a philosophic way.

It is not the academic discussion, and is nothing to do with the viewpoint from famous people or books. This is about the thoughts of you and others as the participants in the group. It’s impossible to anticipate to have consensus during the meeting in 「Socrates Dialogue」

But tonight, you will learn how to challenge others’ point of view or how your point of view to be challenged by others. You will also learn how to coordinate or bear the opposite opinions of yours from Socrates Dialogue.

1.Warm up: Meeting new friend and forming a learning group

3.Practice: Learning from doing- 「What’s learning?」

About Facilitator: Alex R. Feng
Alex received his MA from Business School of National Taiwan University. He was the Vice President of Hardee Food Ltd, the Vice Chairman of TenRen Group, and the General Manager of Shanghai Sunrise Department Store.

Currently, Alex is the General Manager of ChingJen Management Consultants Ltd., the researcher in the Chinese Academy of Business, as well as the Teacher Chang of Mainland Affair Council and Senior Consultant of Beijing Management Academy of Science.

Alex teaches the courses on extend leadership, business strategy, management practice, communication meeting and Mainland Investment. He is not only a good listener and thoughtful person, but also a wizard in integration.
