每個人都有屬於自己的英雄之旅，本月的引導者論壇以譬喻的手法，從「英雄電影」以及「童話故事」出發，瞭解人生各種歷程的進行與轉變，探詢我們的人生故事與引導經過。方法不僅簡單易懂，而且有助於了解個人與團隊的歷程，在生活與團隊引導的實際運用上，有很大的助益。(內容與流程原創: IAF Asia Conference 2007 by國際引導大師 Viv McWaters)

關於引導者: 林依瑋Evie Lin依瑋是國立中興大學應用經濟研究所管理學碩士，文化事業學會ICA認證引導師，同時任職開放智慧引導科技股分有限公司特約引導師。過去服務於公關公司，也曾負責政府部門人力派遣專案，對於團隊引導、活動規劃、教育訓練、公共關係有豐富的經驗。她曾擔任2004年青輔會青年國事會議分區暨全國大會多場主持引導、並在2005年協助主持人培訓課程設計。2006年以引導方式在馬偕護理專科學校教授行銷課程、2007年於朝陽科技大學教授團體動力學深受好評。

Topic: The Hero's Journey : Facilitator’s Journey

The Hero's Journey: Understanding the Journey of Change. The metaphor of the Hero's Journey - the main 'quest' story that underpins our most basic fairy stories to the block-buster movies - we'll explore how the stages of the Hero's Journey can relate to the Facilitation Journey we lead in workshops. Understanding of this journey will help us as facilitators recognize the common traps and pitfalls that we encounter when facilitating and provides a robust understanding of why people react such a way and how we might respond with purpose and integrity. About Facilitator- Evie Lin
Evie is a Master of Business Admin of Applied Economics, National Chung-Hsing University. She is a ICA certificated Facilitator and Associate facilitator in Facilitation Technology. Evie served in PR company, and HR programs in governments. She experiences in group facilitation, human resources, activities planning, training, and public relations. She facilitated in National Youth Forum (NYF) in 2004. She also associated NYF facilitator training designing in 2005. Through facilitation skills, she leaded a marketing course in Mackay Medicine Nursing and Management College in 2006, and also a group motive course in Chaoyang University of Technology when 2007.
