很多人都曾有擲錢幣來幫自己決定一項難以抉擇的事；而其中也有不少人在擲完錢幣來決定其中一項時，心中卻嘀咕、掛念著：「是不是擲錢幣前問錯了？」，還是「看錯錢幣正反面？」甚至「我還是重新再擲一次！」最後，不論結果如何，心中仍有對未知的結果懷著強調不確定感，深怕自己抉擇錯了！

人一生的命運中，本來就處處充斥著更種抉擇在等著我們。下一句話該怎麼說？下個路口該右轉還是直走？小孩這時候該安排學游泳還是英文？該買新式迴轉風扇還是以前相同好用的款式？該換個新的工作環境了嗎？下個月該去做個全身健康檢查還是先到大陸把那邊的公司走一趟？而抉擇後，結果的發展總有很多令人意外的事發生。

大部份的抉擇是自己決定，然而決定之前，卻是受到很多的因素左右。而且在面對不同種類的事情，也會發現「決定」所依循的原則不盡相同。

命運如果比喻成交響樂曲，每人各自從開頭主題到各段波瀾狀闊或是舒緩輕柔的曲風必然完全不同，而且在樂曲進行中一定交雜了很多很多人的參與和貢獻。

在此次論壇，引導者將引導參與者來細細品味每個人各自獨特樂章的不同小節，藉由引導的手法讓參與者窺探命運樂章究竟如何演奏。

論壇內容包括：

a. 引導參與者了解命運樂章的架構
b. 引導參與者思考自己的命運小章節並且與其他夥伴分享
c. 體驗「其他人」對自己命運的影響

關於引導者

近幾年Vincent在很多課程中，運用大量的引導手法，在本身的學習成長上有很大的成長和收穫。同時，在不少各機構帶領人格特質與風格的課程，有了一些對於人格養成的特別體悟。同時在很多運用引導手法過程中，
Vincent的專長在於引導人格特質與風格課程外，還有組織學習、主管職能培育、團隊建立、及有效溝通與協調的方法分享。

Invitation of Facilitators Forum in September

Topic : The Symphony of Destiny
Facilitator: Vincent Chen
Time : 7 to 9:30PM, September 12th 2007, Wednesday
Venue : Room B202, Cultural University Continuous Education Center (#231 Chien Kuo South Road Section, 02-27005858)
Fee : We will be sharing the venue fee at NT200 per person.

Many people have experience of making a difficult decision by tossing the coin. But some of them still wonder whether or not the right question is asked before coin tossing or misunderstand the outcome from this? Some others may even try one more time to try to get the clear indication from the outcome. Eventually, whatever the outcome is, people still feel uncertain for making decision, and are deeply afraid that the wrong decision is made. :

There are many decisions, which await us to make along the course of our life. What to say next? Should I turn right or go straight on the next intersection? Should I arrange swimming or English course for my child? Should I buy a new style electric fan or stay with the same style with well function? Should I change a new job? Should I go to do a health check up or visit the office in Mainland China on next month? While the decision is made, the unexpected results may happen sometimes.

Most of decisions are made by ourselves. However, there are many factors to think over before the final decision is reached. In fact, different principle will be followed in decision making on the different issue.

Some decisions can be made very quickly, but some need some time to study them before the decision is made. It is more uncertain for settling issue when the consideration involves personal things and facts.

Destiny can be considered as symphony. From the theme of beginning to rhythm for every session, each person shall have the different style. When the symphony goes on, it must mix with lots of people’s participation and contribution

On this forum, Vincent will lead us to appreciating everyone’s unique rhythm, and further guide us to explore how destiny of symphony is to perform via facilitation methodologies.

Contents:

a. Understand the structure of “The Symphony of Destiny”
b. Reflection on personal chapter of his/her destiny and share with other participants
c. Experience the influence from “other people” to ourselves personal destiny

About Facilitator: Vincent Chen

In recent years, Vince has applied many facilitations methods in many courses, which lead course participants to developing some insights for building up the personal characteristic.

Among many facilitation methods, Vincent’s expertise is not only on leading people to building up personal character, but also on Organizational Learning, Leadership Competence Building, Team Building and Effective Communications and Negotiations.
