家族排列（Family Constellation）是由德國當代大師伯特.海寧格(Bert Hellinger)所發展出來。海寧格發現每一家庭都有一股隱藏的家庭動力，家庭中的每一個成員都會受到這股動力的影響，而這個動力是在集體潛意識(collective unconscious)的深處，一般人不容易察覺。在家庭中所發生的許多事件都是和抵觸這股力量有關 ，而使整個家庭的“愛的序位“(Orders of Love)受到干擾，有的時候這些事件還會重複發生，延續到下一代。

家族排列的功能，就是要協助我們辨識家庭系統背後的狀況，把隱藏在集體潛意識的動力，藉由這個方法帶到光亮的地方，讓我們看清楚真相。同時也能找出愛的解決的途徑，調整被干擾的家庭系統，讓愛重新在家庭中流動，發現關係中的愛。

論壇內容包括：

１、個人與整體－體驗<集體潛意識>的場域
２、愛的移動（Movement of Love）－發現關係中的愛
３、和解的力量－與生命根源力量的連結

關於引導者:吳文傑

文傑為一助人工作者，擁有二十五年以上的助人歷程。他曾任大學講師、青少年犯罪社工員、921災後心理重建工作等。1990年，文傑曾與人生禪(Life Zen)陳建宇老師學禪，深受啟發，嘗試將東方禪的智慧與西方的心理治療結合，發展出<身心靈整合協助方案>。從2001年起，文傑在學校、社區及成長團體帶領300場以上的【家族排列工作坊】，嘗試將<家族排列>運用到更多助人的領域，包括：自殺者家屬、家暴／受虐兒、自閉症、憂鬱症、上癮症、臨終關懷、單親家庭、罕見疾病家庭等，在台灣已經和幾百個家庭工作過，有豐富的實務經驗。神經語言學(N L P)高階執行師(Master Practitioner)，家族排列執行師（Family Constellation Practitioner）臨床心理學碩士。

The “Family Constellation” is developed by the contemporary master, Bert Hellinger in Germany. Heininger revealed that every family has its hiding family power which affects each member of the family. The power is underling the deep of collective subconscious which is not easy to be aware of by general public. Many events occurred in the family usually in conflict with collective subconscious and break the “Orders of Love” in the family. These events will repeat to next generation sometimes.

The functions of Family Constellation help us to recognize the condition behind the family system and bring out the underlying power of collective unconscious to surface, which shows us the truth clearly. In addition, it help us to find out the love solutions, adjust the interfered family system, uncover the love in relationship and keep love flowing in family again.

About Facilitator- Jeffrey Wu
As a helping worker, Jeffrey has more 25 years experience in helping other people. He was a lecturers in University, the youth offenses social worker, 921 disasters the psychology reconstruction and so on. In 1990, he studied Life Zen with Chen Chienyu which inspired him a lots.

Jeffrey has tried to combine the wisdom of Zen in Eastern and psychology therapy in Western to develop the integrated solution with body, mind and soul.

Since 2001, Jeffrey has led more than 300 Family Constellation workshops in schools, communities and personal growth groups. In addition, he tried to apply family constellation to other areas to help more people, which including: the commits suicide’s family, family violence/abused children, Autism, Depression, Addiction, caring at the point of death, the single-parent families, the rare disease family and so on. Jeffrey has abundant practical experience, he has been worked with hundreds families in Taiwan. Jeffrey is N L P Master Practitioner, Family Constellation Practitioner and Master degree in Clinical Psychology.
