我們每天都身處在危機四伏的環境中。當這些意想不到的事件發生，有些組織、個人可以安然度過，甚至化危機為轉機，有些則否。有些組織或個人可以在危機發生前就做好各種的偵測與因應準備，雖然看似杞人憂天，但卻是能夠防患於未然，並且是順利化解危機的基礎。本月的引導者論壇，我們將透過影片的觀賞、省思及故事分享的方式來了解我們是如何面對危機，以及練習使用「羅盤Compass Rose」的架構來協助我們在不同的面向上，找出可能產生的議題及潛在的危機因子，並且進一步做好準備處之泰然的與它共存。

關於引導者: 張桂芬

張桂芬目前擔任開放智慧特約引導師， 且為ICA (The Institute of Cultural Affairs Taiwan)認證引導師。在成為專業的引導師之前，桂芬曾經在公關業累積有十七年的公關顧問經驗。她在團隊引導方面的專長，善於運用各種引導的技巧，協助團體於行銷策略及行動方案上尋求共識；以及在公關訓練與危機管理實務，透過團隊引導的方式，帶領團隊探索管理新領域。 服務過的客戶包括政府單位、學校、 私人企業以及顧問業等。 2007年她完成由David Cooperider線上授課的”肯定式探詢方法, 以及參與開放空間會議引導師學習工作坊她2005年曾於英國ICA修習團隊引導法，並且為2006年國際引導者協會北美年會的獎學金得獎人。目前她也是國際引導者協會(IAF)台灣區的代表,以及台灣引導者論壇志工..

Topic: Live with Issue, Dance with Crisis

Fee: We will be sharing the venue fee at NT$200 per person.

We live in a crisis-ridden environment everyday. As these unexpected incidents happen, some organizations or individuals can handle it very well and overcome it safely, and even turn the crisis into an opportunity. But some others cannot. If the organizations or individuals can find its way to detect the coming of the crisis and make good preparation before the crisis takes place. They are all the foundations of how to dissolve the crisis with the minimum damage. In this forum, we will learn more on how the crisis can be dealt with from movie watching, and then reflection and story sharing. We will also apply the framework of “Compass Rose” to find out where the issues are and how we live with them with confidence.

About Facilitator- Jackie Chang

Jackie is the certificated Facilitator by ICA (The Institute of Cultural Affairs), and now an Associate Facilitator of Open-Quest. Before Jackie stared a career in facilitation, she had had more than 17 years of experience working for public relation consultant agencies. Since 2005 Jackie has successfully applied and integrated group facilitation methods in PR marketing and communications to extensively conduct a series of spokesperson training, media training and marketing strategies courses. In 2007, she also completed the on-line Appreciative Inquiry course by David Cooperider, and joined the Open Space Learning Workshop. Jackie currently is the Taiwan Reprehensive of IAF (International Association of Facilitators), and the volunteer working for Taiwan Facilitators Forum.
