每一個引導方法、流程以及工具，都具備一個圖像元素，它跨越了語言的隔閡並且讓引導成為一個真正的全球通用語言。

遠從加拿大ICA來台的比爾，將分享數種ICA參與式方法與工具，並展現出它們所代表的視覺意義。這些視覺圖像將建構基本的引導流程語言及工具，即使存在著語言的隔閡，引導者仍可以快速且容易地分享複雜的方法與流程。

這不是圖像引導。圖像引導是引導者應用在客戶的需求上；引導者的圖像引導是在存在於引導者之間，每位引導者都有他/她自己的圖像語言可分享。

論壇內容包括：

a. 比爾將介紹種引導的方法與流程，以及一些基本的視覺語言
b. 練習思考自己的視覺語言並且與其他夥伴分享
c. 比爾將協助大家去發掘自己未知的視覺及圖像模式

關於引導者

具有高度創意及精力旺盛的比爾，已經在加拿大及世界各地協助社區、醫院及企業超過三十年之久。比爾的專長在於引導訓練、團隊建立、策略性思考及有效的分享方法。他製作許多教學用的影帶及發行ICA加拿大的雜誌- Edges.

Invitation of Facilitation Forum in June

Topic : Visual Language of the Facilitator
Facilitator: Bill Staples
Time : 7 to 9:30PM, June 29th 2007, Friday
Venue : Room B202, Cultural University Continuous Education Center (#231 Chien Kuo South Road Section, 02-27005858)
Fee : We will be sharing the venue fee at NT200 per person.

Every method, process and facilitation tool has a graphic component which crosses language boundaries and makes facilitation a truly global language.

Bill will present a number of ICA and of Technology of Participation methods and tools, showing their graphic equivalent. This establishes the basis of a facilitation process language, and means that facilitators quickly and easily share complex methods and processes quickly and easily, even across language barriers.

This is NOT Graphic Facilitation. While Graphic facilitation is applied from facilitator to client, the visual language of facilitators is between facilitators. It is likely that very facilitator has his or her own graphic language to share.

Contents:

a. Bill will share some methods and processes, and some basic visual language.
b. Facilitators will consider some of their own visual language, and present to each other.
c. Bill will assist in looking for underlying visual and graphic patterns.

About Facilitator- Bill Staples
Bill is a highly creative and energetic person who has helped communities, hospitals and businesses in Canada and across the world for more than 30 years. Bill specializes in facilitation training, team building, strategic thinking and sharing approaches that work. He produces instructional videos and publishes ICA Canada's magazine, Edges.
