四、研討會主旨：

    在金融自由化與全球化的趨勢中，金融工具的交易與投資商品的設計日趨複雜，市場經濟活動日益活絡、風險程度與日俱增、金融危機日益升高。美國次級房貸陰影猶在，歐債及美債危機卻再次衝擊全球金融市場，嚴重傷害各國金融機構及金融市場，在這動盪的國際金融社會中，金融產業再度面臨嚴苛挑戰。另一方面，區域經濟整合及經貿合作已為國際重要趨勢，今日的中國已成為世界第二大經濟體，而臺灣的金融發展經驗將有機會成為亞太區域金融中心。本著經濟與貿易互利雙贏之原則，兩岸陸續簽署金融MOU、ECFA，並努力尋求和其它經濟體簽署經貿相關協定，促進雙方經濟的共榮發展。面對此一歷史契機，浙江大學金融研究院、浙江大學經濟學院、臺灣金融學術聯盟共同發起並于浙江大學盛大舉辦「2012第九屆兩岸金融市場發展研討會」，研討會會中除邀集兩岸產、官、學專家進行專題演講外，也將以學術研討及實務座談等方式進行，冀望本研討會的舉辦能更進一步促進兩岸金融產、官、學界的交流並藉以整合各領域之觀點，供兩岸主管相關單位參考，進而提升各領域的研究與互動，以及兩岸金融產業的發展，增進人民福祉。

Deadline for Submission of Completed Papers: Sunday, January 15, 2012

In conjunction with the Securities and Futures Institute (Taiwan) and the Society for the Study of Emerging Markets (USA), the Financial Academic Alliance of Taiwan, invite academics, researchers, industry, and practitioners to submit papers for their presentation at the 2012 Conference on East Asia Finance. Topics for this conference will be based on the theme of “Crisis and Recovery of Financial Markets,” on which ideas and results in the academic research and recent development in financial industries can be shared. Financial markets in East Asia are expected to benefit from insights promoted by the discussion and its fruits from this conference. Research topics are to include, but not limited to, the following:

All papers accepted by the Conference are possibly eligible for publication in special issues of the SSCI-indexed Emerging Markets Finance and Trade or the TSSCI-indexed Review of Securities and Futures Markets. A further review process will be conducted to select papers for publication in each of the two journals listed above. Also, all accepted papers will be included in a CD-ROM collection of conference proceedings with ISSN.All submissions must be in English and in PDF format. 「2011中部財金學術聯盟暨第八屆金融市場發展研討會」

研討會主旨：隨著金融市場發展自由化與全球化的趨勢，金融工具的交易與投資商品的設計日趨複雜，財務金融互動日趨重要，市場經濟活動日益活絡，對金融服務的需求與日俱增，金融機構業務也更加多元化。另一方面區域經濟整合、中國大陸經濟崛起也是全球的重要趨勢。臺灣為積極參與東亞區域經濟整合、掌握中國大陸計劃經濟轉軌市場經濟與人民幣國際化所釋出之重大商機，本著互利雙贏之原則，陸續與中國大陸簽署金融MOU、ECFA，並努力尋求和其他經濟體簽署經貿相關協議，致力發展臺灣成為區域金融中心並厚植國際競爭力。

面對此一歷史契機，中部財金學術聯盟、臺灣財務工程學會及中正大學深覺知識份子不可不弘毅，將擴大聯合舉辦研討會，除掌握兩岸金融市場最新發展外，更冀能促進大中華地區學術與實務交流，特別合併中部財金學術聯盟研討會及第八屆金融市場發展研討會，假台中市永豐棧酒店擴大舉辦「2011中部財金學術聯盟暨第八屆金融市場發展研討會」。研討會會中除邀集兩岸產、官、學專家進行專題演講外，也將以學術研討及實務座談等方式進行，冀望本研討會的舉辦能促進兩岸金融產、官、學各界的交流並藉以整合各領域之觀點，供主管相關單位參考，進而提升各領域的研究及互動，創造兩岸金融合作新的里程碑。
