      Spectrolab, Inc. 美國專利

      Spectrolab成立於1956年，可說是最早從事太空用太陽電池開發與生產的公司。根據美國專利與商標局的資料庫，從1981年到1996年總共通過16篇專利，然後就停止申請作業，一直到2003年才又有新專利出現。尤其是2006年，一年內就獲得4篇專利，顯然與近年來太陽電池市場蓬勃發展。該公司早期的專利以製程與組件結構為主，近期則集中於聚光機制，有助於地面用發電系統的商業化。
