★ 享譽全球知名MV導演 Michel Gondry、於 French Art School 學習圖像設計Graphics Design、ㄧ開始為了他自己擔任鼓手的樂團Oui Oui 拍攝音樂錄影帶而引起樂界注目。
★ 1993年、Gondry 巧遇冰島天后 Bjork 碧玉、並為其執導單曲 Human Behavior 音樂錄影帶、此音樂錄影帶為Gondry 贏得當時所有的音樂錄影帶獎項、而Gondry之後也陸續為 Bjork 執導了"Joga" 及 "Bachelorette"... 等五首單曲MV。 其他和Gondry合作過的藝人還包括：The Rolling Stones滾石合唱團、Beck貝克樂團、Daft Punk傻瓜龐克、Chemical Brothers化學兄弟、Foo Fighters、Lenny Kravitz、Sheryl Crow和Cibo Matto。
★ Michel Gondry也跨足拍攝廣告與短片，於1994年為 Levi's 拍攝了商業形象廣告"Drugstore"篇，讓 Gondry 成為金氏世界紀錄單支廣告獲獎最多的導演! 之後緊接於1997年又為 Levi's 拍攝了榮獲坎城影展 Clio Award與一座 Bronze獎座的“Mermaids"篇廣告、1997年為 Smirnoff 拍攝的 "Smarienburg" 也囊獲坎城影展 Gold Medals 與 Clio Awards。
★ Gondry 也跨足執導電影與劇作家 Charlie Kaufman 於2002年共同合作了，由 Patricia Arquette 派翠西亞艾奎特、新娘百分百的 Rhys Ifans 瑞斯伊凡以及金獎影帝 Tim Robbins 提姆羅賓斯共同主演深刻探討人性的首部處女作《Human Nature》。 2004由金凱瑞與凱特溫絲蕾主演的《Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind王牌冤家》也讓 Gondry 報走了2004年奧斯卡最佳原著劇本大獎。
