Eugene Kuan
關弘昌(Eugene Hung-chang Kuan)，美國德州大學奧斯汀分校(University of Texas at Austin)政治學博士，主要研究領域為國際關係與比較政治，博士論文題目為"Taiwan in Cross-Strait Relations: 1987- 2004"。著有“Domestic Politics of Foreign Policy: Explaining the Formulation of Taiwan’s ‘Participate in the U.N.’ Policy.”，刊登於 Issues & Studies, Vol. 42 No.1, March 2006.
