Amazing! there is even interior from the bridge...in a 1/700 Kashima.

This might be an ultimate building of 1/700 model ship. Classic!

甲板顏色豐富哩,12.7cm高炮細節很強,還好只是輕巡,如果換了是信濃這12.7cm高炮的改造會很苦悶(一笑)^_^

Jeff, please, will you try a little bit of yellow and gray?
Yes, you paint base color, and wooden deck paint is:
base color+brown
base color+white
base color+yellow (little bit yellow)
base color+gray (little bit grey)
yellow and gray are weathering system.
after your paint, if you will, you can airbrush a thinner dirty yellow (for sunny effect) or thinner dirty gray (for weathering effect).
I read this things on web site, but I don't remember her .....
This is only a little my suggestion ...........

恭喜您又有新的作品，小弟又一次大開眼界。模艦PE訂購服務是否重新開張？小弟又有一些東西想要麻煩大建兄呢！另外請教，不支大建兄如何裁切 VM0.4的銅管以製作12.7cm高砲？小弟使用斜口鉗的效果不彰，管口阻塞無法表現砲口的狀況，還請大建兄指點一二。

也是看了小董製作美軍火砲的神工
看看IJN裝備有沒有空間改改
拿著TAKARA的1/144 12.7食玩照作的
很好玩^^

我一般是用筆刀,在切割軟墊上,用滾切的方式切銅管
切好後,再用鐵尺來回滾幾遍,就能消去切口
若銅管內徑夠,塞支銅棒進去滾切,就更萬無一失了

Thank you for the painting comment. Yes,I also airbrush a thinner gray to make the deck color more fit with the hull.

小弟是製作火車模型.木製車廂的紋路亦是跟甲板一樣一長條一長條組成.
請問你是一片一片噴嗎??我的意思是:將所有甲板遮蓋後只露出要上色的那一片或那一長條甲板後再噴漆嗎?
