台北=台灣？如果沒有，台北如何代表台灣？「中國」台北如何代表「非中國」的台灣？

Taiwan's WHO bid will be different from before: MOFA

The foreign ministry said Tuesday it would use a different approach to pitch Taiwan's bid to join international organizations such as the World Health Organization and the United Nations. The ministry said that in the future Taiwan would fully consider the stance of the United States, which is Taiwan's most important supporter. It said that details such as whether to use the name "Chinese Taipei" to join international bodies has yet to be discussed.

Last year, Taiwan applied for full WHO membership as "Taiwan" for the first time, a move which the United States called provocative. The bid failed due to opposition by China, which claims that Taiwan is part of its territory. Taiwan lost its United Nations membership to China in 1971.
