【摘要】這篇在講醫療（medical practice），從活動理論裡面用醫療作為案例，去說明活動理論怎麼去應用。一開始的時候，這篇試著去澄清，前面有一段：「很多人對於活動理論是什麼？怎麼發展？還是侷限於俄國那個學派衍伸出來的東西？」試著去澄清。等於是把他過去的活動理論做更完整的介紹。醫病關係除了診斷還有諮詢，他認為的衝突點在於：醫生的角色是放在診斷？還是諮詢？case這邊做了滿多的對照和討論，後面會從這些角度去思考這些想法。這篇開宗明義就在講活動理論是什麼？試圖從方法論上面去釐清活動理論的原則。
