Today marks the national celebration of the life and work of Dr. Martin Luther King. It's a time to remember how long and difficult the journey toward equality, freedom, and the dignity of all races and people has been. It's a time to honor the power of nonviolence, the ultimate practice of magic. Contemplate where you can bring more light into your life, look at where you could uplift your attitdes, behavior, thoughts, and beliefs. 
今天是為了紀念馬丁．路得．金恩牧師一生努力的國定節日(在米國)。透過這個時刻，我們必須記住那段為了邁向平等、自由、與族群尊嚴，既漫長又艱困的日子。 這也是個榮耀"非暴力"這個偉大力量、最無敵的魔法的時刻。凝視那個讓你可以生活多些光明的地方，找尋那個你可以提升態度、行為、思想和信念的地方。
　
Walk a simple spiral, circling in. With each step, identify what to let go of, or overcome, in order to uphold equality, freedom, and dignity for all.
In the center, light a candle and chant:
以螺旋狀行走，慢慢向內走去。為了要提升平等、自由和尊嚴，每踏出一步，就為自己定義哪些是你要擺脫、得克服的挑戰。走到中央時，點燃一根蠟燭並吟唱：
 

Candle light, burning bright,
illuminate what is right,
 Brighten darkness, lighten life, 
 overcome internal strife.
 燭光, 燃燒出光明，照顯正確之事，
照亮黑暗、照亮人生，克服那些內在的衝突。

Spiral out. Know that magic changes energy, even internalized racism. Use this spell regularly to change old beliefs, and become free to pursue your dreams.
繞圈圈走出。然後你會知道這個魔法改變了能量，就算是那些已然內化的歧視。可以重複這個咒文，去改變那些舊思維，然後就能更自由的去執行你的夢想。
