這次你先說, 好嗎?

忙的時間, 趁中午溜到兄弟姐妹的格子瞧瞧, 是很好的充電時間

當不了作家, 因為想寫才能寫, Inshaa Allaah, 還要有時間寫才行

Imen 格子中載的: 熬夜的危害 很早就想寫了, 不熬夜好, 早起更好, 不是禮拜的人或旅客不要夜談, 夜貓子為了健康要努力調整作息啊

中午, 朋友傳來一個令人哀傷的網址 NO BRAVERY

今天, 想給你看馬丁‧尼穆勒 Martin Niemoller (1892-1984）這些文字:
他是德國路德教派牧師，因說話反對希特勒而曾被關 8 年，這是他在二次世界大戰結束後的反省，這段話銘刻於石碑豎立在美國波士頓的The New England Holocaust Memorial 中：

你每天都在改變世界

有人問我:談離愁外, 又有什麼想法? 

一件事情, 總有兩面的結果; 孰好或壞, 總不是一時可證.  而且: 必需尊重當事人的考量. 

我以為好的, 對當事人果真是好嗎? 我想的, 別人也作如是想嗎?

如果多數人選擇沉默, 誰又應該出來說?
如果多數人視而不見, 誰又需要選擇看見?

離愁--為何龍岡清真寺柳教長將離開

我認識的柳教長, 是一位教學嚴謹, 認真, 負責, 待人親切的教長; 入教以來; 使我受益頗多, 他也是一位敦敦致力於不分大人, 孩童學習伊斯蘭的好教長, 聯合許多義工, 共同帶動龍岡清真寺, 幾乎每年8月末暑期經學班, 都有良好學習段落結果的發表

060325 台北清真寺婦女烹飪聯誼活動

看見這個消息, 好生羨慕, 其一是因為一些台北地區的姐妹, 開了部落格

彼此之間藉著參加寺裏的活動和網路, 而更緊密

Inshaa Allaah, 以後, 就算住在國外的教親, 想知道近期清真寺的活動, 動動手指就可瞧見啦

或許以後清真寺的網站更豐富些, 各個教義課程, 主麻精要, 聯誼活動, 協會月刊等都可在網站上瞧見

臺北清真寺假日教義講座

Maaa Shaa Allaah, 講座又開始了, 真是難得機會, 大家要把握機會再學習. 非穆斯林朋友若想學習也歡迎聯絡旁聽.

我很羨慕啊~~~因為自從有了小店, 就沒什麼時間到台北了, 學習的機會有三要素, 缺一不可: 健康, 時間, 智慧, 而我深深的體會.........

新加坡, 真好

3/10 新聞報導說 新加坡日式餐飲業動腦筋 伊斯蘭壽司 穆斯林大啖, 又再次引人目光相對

在台灣住的穆斯林, 口福不大下, 還需小心提防各類不是合法(Haram)的食品及添加物入口, 雖然合法食品(Halal)今日較過去已容易許多, 但是看到新加坡的狀況, 在 Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS) 嚴格把關下. 有伊斯蘭食品認證的餐飲業, 反而在同業競爭下, 掙得一片天空, Maaa Shaa Allaah, MUIS真是令人激賞, 而新加坡人面對國際競爭所作的準備, 及高水準的價值觀, 對內和對造訪的外國人, 都是大好消息 

引自東森新聞的介紹, 可能是來自日本共同通訊社2/8的報導Wednesday February 8, 7:15 AM FEATURE: 'Halal' sushi crops up as Japanese restaurants woo Muslims 新加坡認證的方式, 在一可對Halal 餐廳評價的ZABIHAH 看到: 對清真餐館賣酒的不提供證書, 若由穆斯林經營者, 則可例外
如:
Cafe Vienna(餐館名): In Singapore, halal restaurants/cafes/caterers must display a halal certificate issued by the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS). The certificate is valid only for one year. Eateries that serve alcohol in Singapore will not be given the halal certificate, although they claim their food is halal. In Singapore, it is advisable not to eat at places that do not display such a certificate. Only Muslim-owned/managed businesses are exempted from applying for the cetification. (Submitted on 2004-10-10)

新聞中提到如下: 
Currently, at least five restaurants and other food outlets have been certified halal by MUIS. Most of them obtained the certification last year.

They include Junshin Sushi, a locally-owned company that produces and supplies sushi each day to luxury hotels and food caterers in Singapore, Oishi Pizza, which delivers Japanese-flavored pizza to homes and offices, and Ramen Ten, a local Japanese restaurant chain.

"Last time, we overlooked the halal market, but nowadays there is a bigger demand for food that does not contain pork or lard. The result may not be seen overnight but it can be tremendous in the long term," Junshin Sushi's manager Jason Ong said.

What spurred these Japanese restaurants to go halal is the rising affluence of the minority Malay and Muslim populace, which has become more eager to try out foreign cuisines.

As a result, several halal Chinese, Thai and Korean restaurants have sprouted here in recent years. They follow the trail of American fast-food giants in Singapore, which already received halal certification as far back as the early 1990s when MUIS first introduced the certification scheme.

Over the last four years, the total number of halal certificates issued by MUIS has almost tripled to nearly 8,000 last year from only 2,800 in year 2000. They include 1,000 certificates issued to restaurants.
3. 世界穆斯林約1億8千萬, 市場價值年約美金150億
There are about 1.8 billion Muslims in the world and experts say there is keen competition among countries for the halal food market, which experts estimate is worth US$150 billion a year.

符合回教教義（Halal）的食品市場市值每年估計達二千四百五十億美元 , 各位聰明的投資者: 投資 Halal食品吧! 內銷外銷, 都不錯D ~~~~ 

Halal 的日本餐廳國外早有, 而在台的穆斯林教親們還想出外吃到什麼? 真想作個市調. 聽過的有羊肉爐, 火鍋, 鐵板燒, 牛排, 烤鴉 (哈哈, 很多是我自己想吃的啦 ~~~)
