	<title>日式牛肉燴飯--Hayashi Beef Rice </title>

			許久以前居美時，好友很喜歡煮這道好料給我吃。奇怪的是我會做此道菜，但是離開美國後，反而忘了自己會煮也曾愛吃此道菜。直到去年看到荳媽家貼出這道菜時，才勾起我的記憶。在澳洲煮過幾次，友人都還挺捧場吃，前陣子太忙，食譜都是口頭傳授或是請他上荳媽的網站查詢。不過我的做法跟荳媽的煮法還是有些差異。上圖是澳洲與美國販賣S&amp;B的Hayashi Rice，在伯斯華人店挑選時要注意認明Hayashi 字樣(澳幣約4.50左右)，請小心不要挑到Curry口味喔!&nbsp;那就不是牛肉燴飯，會變成咖哩燴飯。這是日本販賣的&quot;ハヤシ&quot;=Hayashi，日幣198/盒，哈哈...好便宜啊! 在台灣我都要去Sogo 的超市買，包裝不一樣(沒找到拍照的存檔)，台幣約120元。註:剛發現果味山的小湯匙也有介紹此ハヤシライス(HaYaShi RaiSu) 牛肉飯。&nbsp;

			這是我喜愛的食物之ㄧ:乾番茄浸泡在香料調味好的橄欖油中,通常超市的生鮮專櫃--賣現成的沙拉,各種起司區,就會見到各種醃製蕃茄乾陳列在側.網路上有home-made sun dried tomatoes receipt , 家裡庭院有種植蕃茄者可以考慮自製.單獨吃,喜歡其酸甘甜的滋味,讓味蕾享有層次感. 個人覺得它比醃製橄欖好吃.sun dried tomatoes除了做沙拉之外,有時煮義大利麵也會添加此料,還可以當喝茶的零食或是品酒的下酒菜.

			~~好久沒吃鰻魚啦~~在心中盤算超過一年，想自己動手做鰻魚料理，連要去哪家買新鮮便宜(A$ 26/kg)的活鰻魚都打聽好啦，就是遲遲未付諸行動。(下圖:這一條重達1.5kg)Tip: 買鰻魚時切記要跟店家說好1.要清理乾淨，2.還要切成小塊!超級恐怖喔...忘了跟店長交代後半句話的下場，就是自己要面對回家大卸八塊的驚魂。 哇~鰻魚的神經還是活的ㄋㄟ，還會動耶...真是嚇壞啦....切了兩刀後...怕自己的心臟受不了...還是先請這條鰻魚喝米酒...幾個小時後...等神經麻醉後再動刀吧! (os: 雖然鰻魚的眼睛粉小...我還是不敢正視它)。

			指導教授這3週跌傷腿,不能上班,我的論文進度也跟著停擺下來. 這幾天在家等老師隨傳到校,心裡多少有點乾焦急,只好進廚房修心養性.望著餐桌上A$ 1.00/一堆快要發爛的蘋果,靈機一動,上網翻出Verano的美式蘋果派 (Apple Pie),哈哈~~我沒發暈到肖想去做她的派皮食譜,只撿容易做的內餡參照作法! 本人還是情有獨鍾簡易蘋果派的現成派皮! 這輩子沒辦法像verano一樣可以把廚藝神化! 唉~啊~超級厲害!烤蘋果派時,廚房居然也會瀰漫著香氣四溢的蘋果酸甜味! 第一次覺得如果連派皮都按照verano的食譜,那香酥派皮的口感一定很優! 不過避免畫虎成貓的下場,做白日夢,想想說說罷了!PS: 剛烤好的蘋果派,十分燙口,小心舌頭(經驗談)! 熱熱地吃.....好吃! 	<title>預告的實驗</title>

			已經買好了這個玩意,準備找個黃道吉日,實驗越南春捲--照片請參考荳媽的蝦肉捲照片).醬汁/沾醬: A. 2片大蒜,切成碎末(minced),若是磨成蒜泥更佳, B:1顆檸檬: 擠汁, C.與檸檬汁等量 Sweet Hot Chili Sauce,若是沒有sweet hot chili sauce 就用魚露1湯匙+蜂蜜1湯匙代替,  將以上沾醬材料混合, 拌勻後放入碟中即成 尷尬的花生粉: 若是用魚露+蜂蜜的配方,本人喜歡包入春捲中, 若是用Sweet Hot Chili Sauce,則偏好把花生粉加入沾醬中.至於皮的用法,請看小荳荳的自包手卷示範. 內餡的基本成員:九層塔,熟蝦,生菜.(其他菜色各憑喜好啦)備註:我還是挺遵守越南菜的特色,如果要在內餡內加上其他的菜色,我會加上綠豆芽(稍燙一下)和薄牛肉(稍燙一下).

			看著炒鍋內煎完4片鮭魚的魚油,要我倒掉還真有點捨不得! 小時候隔鄰家的老廣東媽媽說,鹹魚雞粒炒飯的精華在於那鍋爆香鹹魚與雞粒的油,拿來煎蛋炒飯,才容易變成一鍋香噴噴的炒飯!這回煎完鮭魚的油~~就是廢物利用~~直接用來繼續煎蛋! (鮭魚很鮮美,魚腥味不會很重....^_^....就算味道重也強不過鹹魚罐頭吧~~)呵呵~~炒飯居然是粒粒分離! 哇~~今天真是走運耶! 沒有雞丁....所以只能稱為鹹魚炒飯!
