伯爵奶茶餅乾



想做這個已經很久啦！
因為一直很想試試看
香醇的伯爵奶茶做成餅乾
雖然又是一個又油又肥的配方
不過，還真是又酥又香耶
但畢竟實在太高熱量了，不能常吃啊～



材料：
奶油150克、糖粉100克（我只用了60克）、蛋黃20克、杏仁粉60克、低筋麵粉200克、牛奶50克、伯爵茶葉5克（兩個茶包的量）

做法：
1.牛奶加熱至90度C，放入茶葉後蓋起悶5分鐘左右，放涼加入取出一半的茶葉後備用。
2.將軟化後切小丁的奶油及糖粉用打蛋器打至發白。
3.加入蛋黃及做法（1）的奶茶拌勻。
4.加入杏仁粉和低筋麵粉並刮刀以拌至方式拌勻，再用手壓成糰。
5.裝入塑膠袋冷藏約一小時。
6.取適當大小的麵糰搓圓壓扁放在烤盤上，以180度C烤約20分鐘即可。
