When we first get involved in the issue of whether Taiwan should become an independent country, we have to face a question that "what if the China invades Taiwan?" I think if the statement that "China will invade Taiwan because of the Taiwan Independence." is right, another statement should be also right. That statement is "China was invaded by Japan in 1930s because China refused to negotiate with Japan on some terms and conditions." However, should China be responsible for Japan's invasion? If China had not done something wrong for Japan's invasion, why should Taiwan Independence be responsible for the expected China's invasion?
