China Studies- Intellectual Property Protection
The China Studies concerning IP protection can be boiled down to three sectors: legal protection; international pressure; Taiwan's positions.
Regarding "legal protection," I mean that the studies should focus on the statute and regulation analysis, the policy analysis, the execution analysis, and news (or internet information) analysis.
Regarding "international pressure," I mean that the studies should focus on how US influences the China IP law development and how WTO imposes some obligations to the China government.
Regarding "Taiwan's positions," I mean that how Taiwan deals with China's IP protections and how Taiwan can become a partner with the US to protect US IP rights.
