China Lutheran Seminary is a community,

which inherits and transmits the Gospel of

justification by faith, and which seeks to

forge the servants of the cross for the Chinese

churches.

Our objective is to equip the servants of God with:

A keen awareness of our times

A burning passion for mission

  A genuine commitment to shepherding

The affectionate title, "Friends of CLS", refers to friends

who are committed in a special way to support China

Lutheran Seminary.

Friends of CLS are those who frequently pray for the

seminary and participate in the support and development of our

vision and ministry by donating US$10 to $30 (or more)

per month. All who have a burden and vision for the

theological education in Chinese world are warmly

welcomed to join us and become "Friends of CLS".
