《What a wonderful tour!》
What a wonderful gourmet and nature tour with my friends!
與好友共度一個美好的美食與自然之旅。

之前想要用 MSN 分享空間的內嵌一直失敗,所以還是投入 Flickr 的懷抱(通常我不會放那麼多張有「人」的照片在 Flickr),很快的用 Windows Movie Maker 做了這樣簡易投影片,符合 Flickr 上傳的檔案格式,做連結更是輕而易舉啊!不過我倒是不知道它是怎麼挑選到友人的那張照片當作「封面」啦!
As I failed to put the link of slide from MSN Space, it's much easier to use the Flickr system which I'm more familiar with after I made this simple slide by Windows Movie Maker. However, I have no idea how it picked my lovely friend's image as the 'cover' you can see.
那天(7/6),頂著中午的大太陽,從關渡捷運站走到了位於北投區知行路260巷52 號「水鳥公園52號」吃飯,其實路程不遠,但是日正當中的熱度實在是讓人會頭昏,是不是因為這樣才讓我們誤闖隔壁的另一家叫「水鳥家族」的餐廳嘛……就不得而知了,但我和朋友都覺得它的店名有點故意取得很像,很容易會讓觀光客誤會!anyway,「水鳥公園52號」還是很好找的啦。
On 6th July, my friend and I took a walk from Guandu MRT station to the restaurant called 'TAPAS HOUSE' under the sunlight at noon in such a hot day. I wondered is that because the heat made us sort of dizzy and enter the wrong restaurant with a similar name or not? My friend and I both thought that the similar name would probably mislead the tourists who first time visited there as they might go for the famous one we knew, 'TAPAS HOUS'. Well, it's easy to find the correct location of 'TAPAS HOUSE' anyway.
研究了半天他們家的 menu,上頭列在 Tapas 裡的至少有二十幾樣!這個也想吃、那個也想嚐的情況下,加上我們也只有三個人(因為有人前一天去烏來走走卻走到太累),最後決定放棄所謂的四人家庭套餐,點了一個主菜:服務生說海味很重、比較像燴飯的海鮮汁飯,外加 Tapas 上頭的橙汁煙燻鴨胸佐酸瓜、匈牙利牛肉湯附麵包、法式肝醬慕斯佐酥脆小餅、布根地焗烤田螺(附麵包一份六粒)、還有上菜順序出乎意料之外很後頭的黃椒茉蛋沙拉。看起來很多嗎?可是隔壁桌都是每個人點一個主菜又加150元升套餐的,我們只追加了一個套餐,也就是多了個主廚湯(忘了是什麼口味的)、甜點(起士蛋糕)與飲料(蜂蜜檸檬汁)。他們家的主菜讓我印象較深刻的還有要價八、九百塊錢的小羊排、還蠻多人點的德國豬腳、用碗公裝的海鮮義大利麵……結帳時一人出了五百塊錢!不過,人總是偶爾要對自己好一點啊。
Even though the restaurant supplies some sets on the menu that might be easir for people who can't make their mind what to eat, we decided to just pick whatever we like to eat indtead of saving the money. After all, we need to treat ourselves better sometimes. What we had? Humm... I have to say that it's too hard to remember all the names in foreign language, but now I can describe all the cuisine after checking the menu on the official website. We ordered one of the Chef's Recommendation, Sautied Rice with shrimp Sauce. And it tastes just like the feeling going back to my university life in Keelung, where the air is scented with ocean. Three of us also shared few tapas, which are Smoked Duck Breast with Orange Sauce, served with Pickle; French Liver Mousse, served with Croutons; Hungarian Goulash, served with Baked Freshly Bread; Baked Escargots with Pesto, served with Baked Freshly Bread; ; Green Egg Salad with Yellow Pepper & Mustard Dressing. plus one Selected Chef's Soup, one cheese cake for dessert and a cup of lemon juice. Well, does it look too much for three women? Look around! The family next to our table all ordered the Chef's Recommendation such as Roasted German Pork Knuckle, Roasted Lamb Rib with Herb, Chef's Seafood Spaghetti in a big bowl, ect., plus soup, dessert and drink for each. Compared with them, I'd like to say that it's totally fine to order such gorgeous meals to spoil ourselves sometimes although the price is 500NT dollars for each.
「水鳥公園52號」就位於「關渡自然公園」附近,算是斜對面吧。原本只是想說沒來過,進去走走也好,多虧售票的女士熱心的告訴我們當天有導覽,而且時間差不多,在她強調「名額有限,欲報從速」之下,我們也就幸運的參加了當天下午四點那個梯次的「發現『心』濕地」,而且還有多餘的時間在自然中心的二樓賞鳥,並且知道了一點點有關水鳥與鳥類外來種的小故事。原本還想記一下帶隊解說員的名字,但……真的年紀大了,連老師的姓都想不起來了。先別說那片人工濕地,光是進入「關渡自然公園」的感覺就很不錯,不管是不是因為天氣太熱還是因為它是一座收費的公園(其實也才50塊錢而己),在裡頭沒有預期的假日人潮,已經贏得我的第一個好印象,即使我們終究還是因為太熱而躲進自然中心直到「發現『心』濕地」的 tour 開始,說實在的,我現在想不大起來當時有多熱,因為那天留下的都是一幕幕在城市難得一見的自然美景,天空好藍,雲好美,人工的濕地一點也不人工。下一次還要再來,看看不同季節的自然之美。
After lunch, we went to Guandu Nature Park just accross the street, where is a nice place supposed to be more people enjoying the leisure there but I'm quite surprised that this small park was not crowded at all. Whether it's because of the hot weather and entry fee (only 50NT dollars for each) or not, it did give me a very nice first impression when we just entered. Now I even can't recall how hot it was although I do remember that due to the heat outdoor, we went straight to the air-conditioned Nature Center for all the information to visitors and stayed there till the tour started. Thanks for the enthusiastic lady at the entrance who told us the information about the Constructed Wetland Tour when we were buying the tickets. We are so lucky to get there before the tour that we had some time to observe wild birds and get some knowledge about few species on the 2nd floor of the Nature Center. I love the Constructed Wetland Tour a lot not only because people are not allowed to enter the constructed wetland without joining the tour but it's difficult to see and be surrounded with such pure wonderful nature scenery in urban. I was telling myself to remember the tour guide's name, but I guessed I'm too old to memorize something like that. The importance is, the bule sky is so blue; the cotton-candy-like clouds is so loveable; and the unartificial wetland acctually is built by human being showed me the treasure of nature that we all need to appreciate very much. And we've made our mind to visit it again to see its beauty of different seasons.
如果說中午補慶生的美食大餐是澎湃的交響曲,下午悠閒自在的美景知性之旅就像自然與人文融合的室內樂,而晚餐的滋味嘛…就像一首鋼琴小品,簡單又單純的讓一整天的 tour 畫下完美的句點。更多的照片敬請拭目以待。
The dinner was like a simple piece of piano work to end this wonderful gourmet & nature tour perfectly if the lunch for the belated BD celebration was a symphony with passion and visiting in the nature park was some chamber music combined with culture and narure environment. 後記:原本這篇心得感想根本沒想用雙語寫作的方式呈現,所以一開始就用母語在寫。沒想到,煩悶的工作竟然無意促成了此篇文章翻譯的完成,而且並沒有我想像中的困難。
I did not intend to write in bilingual, so I tried to write down my feeling in my native at the beginning. Nevertheless, the job bothered me a little bit for somehow yesterday, which made me try to escape for a while. Turned it out, it became another way to push me to do this translation eventually and it's not as difficult as I thought before.
