每年的12月對我來說都是個旅行月，2010年的12月，我有一次國內旅行和國外旅行。12月中，我在南台灣的恆春；12月底，我去了四川和雲南。和以往不同的是，這次我帶了另一個人一起去。

這些日子以來，我已經徹底厭倦了拍照。即使如此，這次旅行我還是拍了一整盤100呎的400TX。然而我卻發現，我再也拍不出我內心的風景。

20101022 - Farewell to Mr. Lo

Last month Su arranged a dinner party for our mutual friend, Mr. Lo. The man is a hard-core technical head. He got a good chance to go to China for work. Before he starts his new life in mid November, we decide to have a farewell party for him.

Finally about 12 people came here, it was beyond our expected. Some are old friends, others are not. I met new friends. Most are journalists or media-related people. It was fun.

I brought my Leica to capture the moment. My friend Sabine, a art journalist of CNA-NEWS, enjoyed her first try to shoot us with an old Leica. We were kidding at that time. But when I developed the film one month later, I found she really did it!

這一陣子為了準備活動，大量使用了輕便型數位相機，發覺，數位還是有它的優勢。要反差有反差、要加減光有加減光、要high key有high key。雖然玩Lightroom跟玩Darkroom一樣耗時間，但事實上，比起明室，我還是喜歡躲在暗房裡面。

「你都不會有幽室恐懼症嗎？待在全黑的環境下。」一個朋友問。
「老實說，這樣的環境我比較有安全感。」

聽長輩說，我小時候喜歡躲在衣櫥裡面，或是爬到床底下睡覺，很令人頭痛，當然這些我是完全不記得了。某些時候，形式上的轉換也是心境上的轉換，從幽暗走向光明，從黑白走向彩色…。

20100626 Shooting in the rain

我是那種越是惡劣天氣，越要出去拍照的人。之前在大雨中拍過無數次，只要將電池取下來，用純機械相機怎麼拍都沒有問題，這點讓我很信任徠卡的堅固。很多人對我感到不可思議，徠卡是那麼的昂貴，鏡頭不加保護鏡就算了，居然還在大雨或大雪下自毀性的拍照？

這次的滂沱大雨（如上面那張照片），雨量是前所未有的大，終於將我的Leica M6擊跨，RF連動測距儀整個壞掉。而我的第一個想法，竟然不是相機壞了怎麼辦，而是底片有沒有辦法沖出來？

所幸回家馬上沖，底片雖然都黏在一起，但還是有辦法顯影。

這場是白沙灣的聽海音樂節，請來國家交響樂團在海邊演奏，可惜雨太大，活動取消。活動開始施放的煙火，在大雨中，顯得特別絢麗。

沙雕藝術節，福隆海水浴場，2010年5月。

Mein Kollege lieh mir die Kamera, Rollei 6008i. Ich ging zu Fulong Beach letzte Woche.

I had never been there before. It is a beautiful place. But it is a pity when I shot only one picture, the battery of camera ran out.... That is the reason why I always hate electronic products. Fortunately a Leica was in my bag. Although I had not brought any additional film, It remained approx. 30 shots. So I took a series of B/W beach pictures. I made it for a slideshow movie by iPhoto. The background music is "The Oath". It looks good.

20100516 Deligent Wedding

彰化二林，嘉義民雄，2010年5月。

大學同學結婚，當然義不容辭地拔刀相助。先前雖然有參加過幾次婚禮，但都是以賓客的身份出席婚宴。這次是第一次跑完整個迎娶流程，從早上五點到下午，體驗了傳統婚禮的繁複儀式。

我這個人很奇怪，大部分時間都是拍黑白，只有出國或是遠方旅行才會拍彩色，雖然如此，新娘還是很放心地將攝影任務交給我。

「但我不太會拍人。」
「你可以把人當作風景來拍。」

原本預計帶兩台M6加二十卷底片，但同學堅持要數位，只好借了數位機身，一台M9 + 50mm標準鏡，另一台M8.2 + 21mm超廣角（等效28mm）。21mm那顆是Super-Angulon，很麻煩，後玉太突出不能測光，脖子還得掛一支測光表。

「你這個相機貴喔？一台五六萬要吧？」
「不便宜啦。」其實是五倍的價格...。

婚禮紀錄非常累，拍完的後製加編排時間超過十二個小時（用兩台相機很方便但回來排圖序就…），這是第一次應該也是最後一次幫朋友拍婚禮吧，真的累。

用手動測焦加測光表，原本以為會手忙腳亂，後來卻一切順利，也許是用Leica M用太習慣了，拍起來意外地順手，總計拍了八百多張，換成底片數量，大約二十多卷，和預期的一樣。挑選加排序後，大約兩百張，扣掉固定形式的合照，活動紀錄約一百二十到一百五十上下。

「拍得不錯啊，你可以去收費了，你真的第一次拍婚禮紀錄啊？」朋友說。
「對啊，不過以前每天跑記者會跟展場，某種形式來說，婚禮跟記者會或展場差不多嘛。」

我喜歡鄉下地方的封街婚宴。

Meine Großmutter ist gestern gestorben. Aber ich bin ganz ruhig.

使用不是自己國家的語言說出來，好像不會感到那麼悲傷。

從來不是那麼喜歡拍照的人，今年初突然很高興地要跟每個人合照，當時我只順著意幫忙拍照，沒想到那竟是最後一面。

這兩週我的胃一直攪痛，吃飯前吃飯後照三餐無來由地翻騰，起初懷疑是胃潰瘍發作，所以排定下週到醫院照胃鏡。前天在台中辦完攝影教室後，回台北已經晚上十點多，一進門就看見父母坐在客廳折紙花，雖覺有點異狀，但沒多問即轉身上樓。父親把我叫住，一直到他開口前的空白有如暗漫長夜之久，接著每個字符都很緩慢地說，

來不及通知你，這件事發生的很突然，就是時間已經到了，回家了。

瞬時間我那像榨汁機旋轉般的腸胃突然停止翻動，胃痛都消失了，腦海裡的幻燈機喀啦喀啦地快速換片，原來，我完全明白了。

Ich bin aber nicht traurig. Ich weiss nicht.

蘭妮．萊芬斯坦（Leni Riefenstahl），1902年生，2003年歿。德國演員、導演兼電影製作人，以其電影美學與對電影技巧的深刻掌握著稱。蘭妮．萊芬斯坦最著名的作品乃是為德國納粹黨拍攝的宣傳性紀錄片《意志的勝利》（Triumph des Willens），該片在第二次世界大戰後受影業排斥。

圖為蘭尼．萊芬斯坦手拿Leica III型相機，1930年前後，二次世界大戰。

今天終於找到最後一個配件：觀景器。當我使用這台相機拍照時，似乎找回失落已久的記憶。2010年5月。

其實很憂鬱的時候，拍出來的片子也是籠罩在低氣壓內。Wim Wenders說，拍照並不是拍下鏡頭前面的風景，而是拍下鏡頭後面自己的心境。

2009年的最後一天，下了班，我來到台北Blue Note。在馬丁尼與鋼琴薩克斯風的杯觥交錯之間，不遠處的跨年煙火，透過電視放送到每個人眼前。酒保端出了精心準備的蛋糕，眾人掌聲呼起。我則是背著M6，轉身離去。在走下樓的同時，我想起了前年2008年的最後一天，我拿著Rolleiflex幫辦公室的每個人拍照，然後揮手告別。

每年的最後一天，總是很難快樂的起來啊。

對我們這種只聽古典樂、爵士樂、或是搖滾重金屬的樂迷來說，在朋友眼中簡直是個怪胎。偶而被朋友拖去唱歌，知道我一個字都不會唱的時候，莫不以驚訝來表示內心之情。久了，一般朋友都會知趣地唱歌時不找我參加。但人生中，總是有幾種場合，會用外力強迫你做你不願做的事，其中最常遇到的就是工作。

和客戶吃飯喝酒？
與八竿子打不到的人出遊？
被同事拉去唱K？

真是很無奈。

「好歹你也唱個兩句嘛？」

我也想啊，但總不可能叫我點「Diamond and Rust」、「Wait For Sleep」或是「Alleine Zu Zweit」、「Ich Will」、「Her Ghost In The Fog」吧？

結果上次的部門聚會，還好有帶相機可以拍照躲著玩，看大伙樂的。下次，是該練一首應酬曲目來娛樂大眾了。

我同事Susan很勇敢，明知道我只拍黑白照，還敢找我去拍她的婚宴。用Leica M拍瞬息萬變的現場真是刺激，手動對焦、手動測光、還沒有閃光燈。現場光線很暗，開到最大光圈，快門往往不到1/4秒，另一個同事看我實在拍得辛苦，從口袋裡掏出一顆鏡頭說：「試試這個吧。」，我一看，靠，Noctilux.....！而且還是第一代雙非球面的絕版品（年份：1966-1976）。

婚宴現場，某方面來說跟記者會場很像，只不過現在不必再跑那種場合了。

Finnish death metal band Children of Bodom (aka COB) came to Taipei for their first Taiwan's concert. COB was one of my favorite metal band before when I was teenager. I have not listened to metal music since graduating. At that moment of picture, COB sang their famous song "Silent Night, Bodom Night". Everybody went crazy. --October 22th, 2009.

The person in the picture saw his mobile phone is EDGE. He is 3 years older than me. He came with me to attend COB's live in Taipei. We meet once in a year. --October 22th, 2009.

Under Chou-Mei Express Road near Beitou Incinerator. One sunday afternoon, I went there with my M6. Walked around the park and shot some pictures. In the evening, I went home and developed the film. -- October, 2009.

Me and Sport Optics product manager Mr. Noack from LC company. This is the first time that I did oral interpretation. We attended Guandu Bird Watching Fair 2009 in Guandu Natural Park near Danshui. He is a nice guy and specialize in telescope knowledge and astronomy photography. --November 7th, 2009.

At the end of Guandu Bird Watching Fair, we went to dinner and drink beers in a local restaurant. The person in pic1 is SK. Pic2 is V. Pic3 is Mr. N. All of them are good at drinking. I cannot. So I got drunk and then rode motorcycle home. I was lucky because I passed three police station. --November 9th, 2009.

2009年6月27日星期六，許久不見的前前前同事找我吃飯，我們中午約在三重的台北橋下某間日本壽司店見面，我對三重不熟，迷路遲到一個小時，到了差不多是下午一點。那間食物很好吃，店在巷子裡，一進門擺了三張桌子、不到五個人的空間，掌櫃的在料理台上捏壽司，就像真的在日本吃東西那樣。飯畢，Ed提議下午到桃園虎頭山公園走走。

晚上，我回到台北，在誠品敦南消磨時間，不小心又買了兩本攝影集。回家前索性在東區街拍，突然一個人從後拍我的背，原來是另一個更久沒見的朋友F，他驚訝地看了看我，然後說，「拿著二三十萬的LEICA在東區拍照不怕被搶嗎？」我笑了笑，不知道該說什麼。分別後，突然下起大雨，我走到附近的頂呱呱點了一號餐，上二樓角落坐著。看著窗外的雨滴與人群，我按下了快門。

2009年6月12日星期五，自從總經理下了一道命令後，我六月的每個禮拜五都要到中南部出差，這次是到高雄。每次搭高鐵都有一種錯覺，會讓我想起在德國的ICE列車，以及在車上遇到那對扛著單車遊世界的背包客。這天從過了苗栗後就開始下大雨，經過台南，天空突然放晴；到高雄前，天空的雲彩色調非常美麗，但是直到我按下快門才想到，相機裡裝的是黑白底片。

2009年6月O日，捷運末班車，只剩下空椅與影子。

2009年6月3日星期三，每週三都得到補習班上德文課，這已經是第三期的課程，我的進度嚴重落後。晚上11點半的回家路上，捷運站前的空椅，不知為何就想拍它。

2009年6月21日星期日，天母SOGO新開幕，引進日本最知名的「淳久堂書店」，號稱日文專業書籍最多，我心裡期望它可以是Page One（新加坡專業書店，在101大樓）的日文版，結果心有落空。店內書籍不算多，不過價格還算公道，大約是日文訂價乘上0.405。

2009年6月11日星期四，自從離開媒體，很少與朋友們聚會，當天約在七張（新店隔壁站），而我們那位天才的主辦人竟然打電話通知我說....六張犁@#$%%%2，小妹，差一張可是差很多的......。結果我到時全部的人都吃飽了，享受美味的火鍋大餐；主辦人看我臉很臭，只好叫大家陪我到麥當勞吃晚餐。圖為電腦神人A氏。

同一天的另一位朋友，手機酷妹M。

2009年6月O日，自從去年在德國說再見後，就沒有再見到SK，半年後，他來台北開會。晚上，長官叫我送他回飯店，在車上閒聊時，「到底德文要怎麼學才會成功呢？」「你要先從唱歌開始！」結果他就在車上唱起歌來。告別前，我在馬路上幫他拍照，現場光非常暗，400度底片，全開光圈2，快門還低到1/4~1/2秒，所幸拜RF之賜，還是拍起來了。

I bought a film scanner from Japan Ebay recently. Here are some photos scanned by me tonight. Not very good. But it spent me over 5 hours to scan 2 rolls of slide, RDP III. Very disappointted with original software. I get random color every time! I think I'd like to try professional scanner software, like Silverfast Ai. But the price is almost 100 Euro. Should I pay additional costs? I have no idea. It's all for the moment.

Below is the story that Ray and I went to Wu's Wedding and he led me to share his entertainment before that day.

All the things that happened to me during February, 2009.

February 7th, 2009-- The day before that day, I got a phone call. My colleague, Tina, invited me to release sky lanterns(天燈). We went to Pingxi to attend Lantern Festival. I've never been to Pingxi before. Unfortunately, it was a god damn raining day. When we went through night market, Ying, one of our fellow, asked me how about eating roast meat? Indeed, We felt extremely hungry. After she bought food, I pressed the shutter button. (Photo: hand-held, RDPIII-ISO100 slide, exposure time was only 1/2 secs)

February 7th, 2009-- And then we arrived Elementary School of Pingxi. But in vain! There were lots of crowds here. It was too late. Free lanterns were all preserved. So we returned to night market and bought a lantern. Only NT 100! Wrote hopes and released to the sky. "Peace & Smooth going" I wrote. But the last word not written was for her. February 1x, 2009-- I forget that day. A good friend, VY, had a dinner appointment with me. I met her last summer. A crazy workaholic (工作狂). Yes, I am, too. I think she can not talked about everything except work. Even we left the restaurant at 23:00 PM. That's right. She returned to her office. I said "good bye, see you again".... and then went home.

February 20, 2009-- College classmate, a bass player, movie fan, drama actress. Very long time. I've not seen her for 5 years. After graduating, the southern girl moved to Taipei to start her brand new life. Sounds very nice in these years. February 22, 2009-- Yao will start her new career. She convaned a goodbye dinner party. Over 15+ people came here. They were all my ex-colleagues. After eating spicy pot, I flew home and had loose bowels (飛快衝回家拉肚子).

February 23, 2009-- I invited AH to go to see a movie. The film she chosen was called "MILK"(自由大道). Describes how a guy grows up. But I had no interest in politics. The most terrible thing is I slept during the movie. She was very angry. haha.

February 25, 2009-- Winni is my classmate. Actually, she is my first friend in the college. A bright girl liking dance and classical music. Be a teacher, she will go to Korea for work at March, 2009. "Would you like to eat pickles everyday?" I asked. At this time, I think she is in Korea now.

1月12日，我們來到Taipei 101大樓的85樓欣葉餐廳享受大餐，也許是吃慣了美食，對這家口味感到不甚滿意，H與我都認為，寧可花十分之一價格到夜市去399吃到飽，更能符合當天的需求。我站在窗戶邊向外眺望，就在台北夜色盡收眼底的同時，將光圈調到8，以窗檯為支架，讓相機曝光3秒以上。拜負片的寬容度所賜，得到一張還可以回憶的照片。

1月11日，即使老父的家鄉在宜蘭，當地的傳統藝術中心仍是我從未到過的地方。就在走過剪票口後，LY拿走了我剛裝完底片的相機，一個小時後，我們碰面交換回來，計數指針已經走到第26張。上個禮拜，我將底片送去沖洗，隔天拿回來發現，她透過相機看世界的方式與我大不相同。

1月11日，當晚我們住進溫泉旅館，裡頭的SPA空間養著一群咬腳皮的魚。這種魚我前陣子在新加坡的Night Safari「夜間動物園」也有看過，記得當時收費頗貴，所以就沒有下去泡。不過呢，宜蘭這裡隨飯店附贈免費，第一次泡的感覺，嗯，很好很強大。

1月1日，2009年的第一天，我上輩子大概是欠火鍋店人情，所以這輩子才轉世來狂吃火鍋。這個名為歡送會的聚餐，拜各位所賜，最後我完全沒出到錢。23點58分，I、Y、S三人為了趕末班列車急忙往前奔跑，我按下快門的同時，灰姑娘坐在南瓜馬車上笑著。

1月10日，一週後，身陷低潮的Y再度找我們碰面。在熱鬧的東區裡，She talked about her losing love. We concentrated on the story. After releasing her own trapped emotions, She seemed like a flying bird. Flying over the broken plane.

1月17日，久未見的DK帶著他的木吉他，我們約在天母附近河堤邊彈奏樂器。距離上次碰琴，約有一年之久。與其說是即興合奏練習，倒不如說是想從他身上找回練琴的動力罷了。有多久沒有面對自己的初衷？我的Cello還躺在衣櫥裡哭泣。
