環法賽主辦單位Amaury Sport Organisations在10月26日發表了2007年的賽程及路線,下屆仍是沒有團體計時賽,此外除序幕站外,個人計時賽要到比賽已完成近三分之二的第13站才出現。比賽全長3574公里,6個主要的山岳站是第7、8、9、14、15、16站，其中8、14、16站的終點都是設在登山點上。
