相信有很多人不認識Sandra

也不知道她唱了哪些歌曲

但我還是樂於寫一篇文章來介紹給大家

會寫這篇文章的緣起當然是前陣子看到了陳淑樺在1987年發行的"Miracle Of Love"又復刻上市

等待了好幾年終於如願以償可以擁有這張CD

之所以會想買是因為很專輯裡有一首很輕快的歌曲"Little Girl"

這首歌讓我印象很深

而且也很喜歡


在得知原唱是Sandra後就在今年夏天積極的找尋之下

找到了她的精選輯

當然

一買回來先聽的就是"Little Girl"

跟Sarah版本一比

果然在編曲，混音，與咬字唱法上略勝一籌

Sarah版就顯得單薄些

這也是當年許多臺製英文專輯的通病之一吧

Sandra 本名Sandra Ann Lauer 生於1962年5月的德法邊境的德國小鎮

是一個德法混血兒

1975年13歲時就參加當地的歌唱選秀節目表現不俗

雖然沒有贏得最後的冠軍但也受到大家的歡迎

1976年發行了其首支單曲"Andy mein Freund"卻沒有引起太多迴響

1979年加入Arabesque女子三人組擔任主唱

如同ABBA風靡歐美一般

在遠東的日本掀起一股Arabesque旋風

當時Sandra穿著緊身T-Shirt搭超迷你短裙或者類似70年代迪斯可女王的性感裝扮

更使得她成為Arabesque中最眾所矚目的象徵



1985年在Arabesque解散之後展開了單飛生涯，在Virgin旗下推出了專輯"The Long Play"(漫長的演奏)

同年夏天以一首聖經中"悔改的賣春婦瑪麗亞"人物為靈感創作的歐式舞曲作品"Maria Magdalena"而聲名大噪

襲捲歐洲、南美洲乃至非洲的埃以及中東的以色列等地區

成為少見出身德國籍走紅歐洲與相關地區的舞曲女歌手

值得一提的是Sandra除了外型甜美火辣之外

她的嗓音也相當輕柔甜美

這首本地小有名氣的"Little Girl"並不是一首愉快的情歌

而是一首內容敘述遭受男性欺凌(也許是出賣靈肉)的小女孩悲慘的遭遇

是一首特別的歌曲


最近她又發行了一張新作品:The Art Of Love

也算是一個長青級歌手

在她的舞曲中

輕柔的歌聲也許所隱含的

是更多層面不為人知的小故事
