由名製作人David Foster創作

是一首節奏輕快的好歌

直到1992年9月唱片公司將David Foster所有創作的名曲都收錄成一張精選集

我才有緣聽到這首歌

很有朝氣的一首歌，適合充滿陽光的早晨讓自己的好心情加分（問題是我住的地方幾乎每天早上都是陰雨連綿）

久違一年半沒發新專輯的張惠妹

發表的第一首主打

那前頭的旋律跟Mornin' 很雷同

還以為是翻唱歌曲

奇怪的是詞曲寫的都是陶喆


不知是陶先生"借用"別人的靈感太多

還是從小聽這首歌所以很"順手"的情況下把這段旋律給寫進去?
