狂風暴雨

打雷閃電

似乎是今年整個八月中旬以後的天氣寫照

彷彿是世界傾落一般的惡劣天候

讓人忍不住在心底也跟著雷雨交加

尤其那雷聲隆隆一整天

電光從雲端直竄而下

不要說小孩了

連大人在路上都會"皮皮剉"



這年頭

怕打雷絕不是因為做了虧心事

老天無情

不管你是誰

通通有的是機會

面對這令人害怕的景象

讓我想起電影"真善美"中的一幕

瑪麗亞為了讓怕雷聲的小孩能夠轉移注意力

就教他們一招

想想自己最喜歡的東西

像是香酥的蘋果派等等

讓他們更樂觀地去面對人生各種讓自己害怕的遭遇

也拉近了原本敵視她的孩子們之間的距離



其實

這方法雖然有點阿Q

但....還真的蠻有效的

記得10年前我在合唱團要演出真善美組曲時

因為這首歌的歌詞又多節奏又快深怕上臺出錯而感到不安時

唱到這首歌

卻讓我真的堅信只要是想起自己喜歡的東西

不安的情緒就會減輕許多
