私の美樂地

第一次聽到這首歌時

才知道這是一首卡通動畫電影的主題曲

也是我有生以來第一次覺得卡通也可以做得如此用心

也可以用成人的歌聲表現出那份真誠的赤子之心



記憶中的卡通

就是小孩子的玩意兒

連主題曲都是那種沒幾個字幾個音湊成的童謠

順口歸順口

但藝術層面總是拿不上檯面

直到聽了這首歌

才讓我對卡通主題曲有了不同的想法



而後來還有一則小故事

美國鼠譚2要如法炮製

但找上的是當年尚未在美國大紅的Celine Dion(席琳．迪翁)

但是當時席琳．迪翁的經紀人(也就是她未來的老公)分析情勢

轉而接受了迪士尼另一部動畫主題曲

席琳也因為這首主題曲名聲大噪而順利打入美國市場

而這首歌就是美女與野獸的主題曲(Beauty & Beast)


Somewhere Out There這首歌的大意是同樣的星空下

是否也遠方思念的人也跟我一樣在想著對方

電影中另一個版本唱出為了未來遠渡重洋的老鼠的童音版

更加感動

後來也成了很多美語補習班的英語歌唱比賽的歌曲之一

話又說回來

在同一個天空，同一個月色，同一個景象下

一起思念的文學概念

跟蘇軾水調歌頭中"但願人長久，千里共嬋娟"的意念

是否也有異曲同工之妙呢?
