插天山之歌  導演的話

鍾肇政先生(Mr. Chung Chao Cheng)是我最喜愛尊敬的作家之ㄧ，大學時代即開始看他的小說，但能夠有機會改編他的小說，透過影像來告訴觀眾關於台灣人的感情想法和歷史，這卻是第一次，所以特別珍惜這次拍攝的機會，也希望藉此讓大家了解文學和影像的關係。

Director’s note

Mr. Chung Chao Cheng is one of the most respectable writers I have kept in my mind.

I started to read his novel since I was a student in college. But this is the first time I have chance to adapt his work. So, I feel it is very precious to me. I hope to tell the history, passion, and thought of Taiwanese people through this film production. Moreover, I hope to inspire the audience to have more interests to the relationship of literature and cinema in this film.
