旅遊百工圖(21) 全民台灣大百科BLOG部落格化?【查理王.看世界No.56】

今天聯合新聞網有一則新聞「阿扁號召 上網書寫台灣大百科」，該新聞提到：「台灣第一個可多人同時書寫、討論，並針對台灣知識為主體的網路百科全書今天上午正式啟用，身為催生者的陳水扁總統在出席啟用記者會時，特別號召「全民寫歷史、創造大百科」，一起來書寫台灣大百科，這樣一來，2300萬台灣人民的集體記憶就不會消失。」

BLOG未來將舉足輕重
「文建會主委陳其南表示，這部台灣大百科全書規模，預計以四年時間，完成容納3到4萬個詞條、總字數為2400萬字的各類建置出版，預計在2008年於網路上完成出版20卷，總預算為5億2000萬元，目前第一年一億元的預算，已全數經立法院通過。」該新聞讓查理王有感而發，網路、甚至縮小到網路中的BLOG（部落格、博客），在這次南亞海嘯事件上扮演舉足輕重的角色，不容置疑，在未來國際事件上所扮演的角色更是指日可待。今日欣見台灣阿扁以國家元首之姿出面號召全民寫《台灣大百科》著實是一件令人鼓舞之事。從過去小時候的教科書，讀了一大堆中國或世界史地，但就是台灣自己的顯得特別薄弱，而這個工作若只單靠一些地方文史工作室或學術單位來作田野調查，往往消逝及流失的速度比收集的速度快！

BLOG服務 兵家必爭
在資訊傳遞的速度上，網路是流程最短的，BLOG集眾人之力的即時性、更是驚人，這遠比平面媒體、電子媒體記者到達現場拍攝或採訪後，傳回總部再經後製或SNG-LIVE直播的速度都更快、也更細膩、也更接近於真實。
未來，提供BLOG服務或是登錄，將勢必引起更高度的關注。近來yam蕃薯藤架設了新聞平台，裡面特別標示出BLOG（紅字）全民報新聞，並將新聞分類提供訂閱的宅急便的服務，就是站在消費者導向所研發的一個令人激賞的服務，除了有各大報章雜誌的即時新聞外，還有BLOG的「全民報新聞」，前幾天TVBS也率先推出電子媒體的POP-BLOG，反觀幾大新聞網站，卻仍落後於此。

全民BLOG 全民記憶
《台灣大百科》若能再更以突破性的思考角度，將該美意提供另外一種版本及型式的BLOG服務？將勢必能蒐羅更「在地」且「原汁原味」的台灣全紀錄…但問題是未來如何篩選及評選的問題。「BLOG守門員」及BLOG提供情報及新聞的真實性的問題，在詐欺行為日益翻新及囂張的時代，是頗值得深思及待解決的，這也是BLOG再上層樓成為「正當性傳媒」的一個關鍵性問題……「未來上網參與撰寫詞條的民眾，必須先登入為會員，而且所撰寫的詞條，必須經過專家委員審查，擇其最優者才有可能在百科全書中佔有一席之地，以建立台灣大百科全書的權威性，並非隨便讓人可以無的放矢…2300萬台灣人民的集體記憶也不會消失。最後陳總統並號召「全民寫歷史、創造大百科」」

【2005.01.21 查理王 補述】
1/18晚上九點左右，查理王PO了篇對於當天新聞「阿扁號召 上網書寫台灣大百科」的即時觀感，隔天也陸續見到BLOG網友們紛紛出面「引用/聯播/轉載」聯聲撻伐。
我想《台灣大百科全書》該「想法」美意是有的，只是在執行層面需要有更多的各領域的專業之士參與建議。茲摘錄這段時間一些網友的建言，我想眾志成城，若主其事者能在計劃前期，就於網路上拋出想法，廣納百川，就不致於有今天網友列舉的「烏龍」了，或至少可以說，會比較貼近「全民」的想法，因為既為「全民之事」，又為「網友之事」，不先利用此媒體來跟網友打聲招呼,當然2266「炮聲隆隆」囉!
Jedi's Blog在「做點什麼」一文中提到寫信給《台灣大百科全書》計畫主持人江韶瑩教授 ，並且副本給研考會，語重心長地在結尾時陳述了想法:「當然這祇是一封信，我同樣地期待更多的人一起來寫這樣的信，把諸位的憤怒與不滿轉為建議與資訊，或者讓這樣的訊息曝光在報紙媒體上。畢竟這個國家的高官是不用全球資訊網、不看部落格的。」

我想主流媒體天天跑的都是有記者會及社會事件的現場，至於與文化有關，又與網路有關的議題關切程度陡降不說，要同時對於此多元工具提出建言的平面或電子媒體更是付諸闕如，這從當天的新聞及當天或隔天的BLOG族群兩相逕庭就可窺一二。

TO工頭:
很樂於在你的推波助瀾下進入[飆格BLOG一族],雖然在生命中多了一個{格子}要養,難免精疲力竭!
但我想這個{工具}要能夠{搬上檯面},需要在適當的時機,有更多領域的專業之士投入,真正使用這個{工具},浸淫其中,了解其利弊,並提供專業意見,BLOG才能更為精進,更為所用...
至於,編輯的問題,千頭萬緒,不過,BLOG的產出及如何編目(表現型式),再透過編輯{守門員}到產出,這其中的時差及不及時性是未來BLOG必需面對的課題!...不然,為何會有個{圖書館系}呢?
光是一個分類及編目就是一門浩瀚學門!
所以,HERE I AM!
雖然我僅能貢獻自己所知的一點點皮毛,但我想透過查理王,周邊還有許多傳媒朋友,這個雪花已多了個{核},未來就有了滾雪球的{結核}的初始!

看到您文中所言--[──像我這種性喜虛華的死老百姓...不過就像我曾經說過的，所謂「藝術」與「巧思」的差異一般：有些東西，剛發現時裝來玩一陣子，過幾天就拿掉了。真正到最後留下來的，大都是對於每天的瀏覽有幫助的工具。]

--新的藝術於工具就是需要有你這種{好奇寶寶}去嘗,有時我反而討厭我一下子洞悉先瞻的個性,其實,這樣會少了許多身先士卒嘗鮮的勇氣及傻勁!
或許,這樣的角色,有點像英國的BEEFEATER,但,真正每道菜的酸甜苦辣箇中良莠,你將是最清楚的,且你比國王更早品味到主廚的佳餚,不是嗎?

剛剛千頭萬緒地忙得不可開交的工作終於有了小小地喘息...

但,工作,怎麼那樣如銀河黑洞般地永無止境永遠不斷無休止地做不完ㄚ!??

查理王現在天天操刀的"行銷企劃"工作,據說是畢業生畢業後想做的職務別裡面屬一屬二排名前五大的熱門職務之一,但據記者表示,進一步探詢畢業生,什麼是"行銷企劃",大半數都不甚了解!
說穿了,行銷部"不是人幹的",是"人才"幹的!(這好像有點往自己臉上貼金?不過這是我們科學小飛俠裡面的大明eric的名言ㄛ.在此引用一下!<哈!>)
如果,你有心裡準備,要累得像條狗,又自認有信心,有才華,那,行銷企劃之"鬼",就離你很近!

自信,決定位置!~台積電的徵才告示攔上是這麼說的!

看了凱洛的這篇,有許多感觸想說,但時間總是迫人地少,所以,就先聊勝於無地先說些許:
1/一個小眾的產品(研發),雖然為小眾所享有其獨樂樂之趣,但真正要向該創新服務的研發者致敬,最好的方法就是~將它"商業化",雖然商業化有其缺點,但那是讓這股[BLOG格]浪~寸步推進成為商業價值及媒體價值的不二法門,往商品化的大眾利益去服務,才能推陳出新浪浪相漣~但,商品化需要力量及勇氣!

Hallo! Es hat sich doch gezeigt, dass die 301 Umleitung einer minus-31 Domain nichts bringt weil die Seite auf die umgeleitet wird auch auf Platz 31 landet. Wenn nun jemand seine -31 Domain auf meine Domain umleiten wurde um mich als Konkurrenten zu argern, gabe es fur mich keine Moglichkeit diese Manipulation herauszufinden. Ich wurde ratseln was ich falsch gemacht hatte und dabei ist es nur ein Trick der Konkurrenz. Edit: Ich habe die Frage vergessen! Gibt es doch eine Moglichkeit herauszufinden ob jemand seine Domain auf meine umgeleitet hat?
