喝下午茶囉

前鎮子有提到找大家來一起做餅乾蛋糕,所以辦了個下午茶的活動,前幾天還為此再網路上查了英式下午茶食譜

通常英式下午茶有三層

第一層通常是scone,道理同為餐前麵包

第二層為三明治,意思同為主菜,所以通常會夾有蛋,小黃瓜,燻鮭魚等

第三層不用說就知道是甜點:)

這次我做了葡萄乾scone,通常scone都比較乾,所以最好配著果醬或是專門的檸檬奶油會比較順口

三明治我選擇一個是小黃瓜另一個是雞蛋的

甜點部分是cheese cake

這次大家知道要喝下午茶,還提供自己珍貴好喝的茶,讓我們這次下午茶聚會可以喝到不同的茶,很開心

不過大家酒足飯飽之後做餅乾的興趣缺缺,只好等到下次囉!下次肯定要先做餅乾再吃東西,這樣大家比較有動力,呵呵!

很開心有這樣的機會一起喝下午茶,希望可以有類似這樣的固定聚會,應該會很好玩,一起喝茶聊天做蛋糕!多悠閒的一個美好下午啊!歡迎大家踴躍參與:)

thanks for preparing such delicious snacks. i like the scones a lot, and sunny's "burnt" puffs too. maybe next time we'll actually make some cookies...
