這個連署活動，主要的目的，是修改集會遊行法許多不合理的地方。要求修法最主要的原因，在於我們認為人民的「集會結社自由」是憲法保障的權利，不應該由行政機關去作審核，不應該由執政者決定什麼活動可以集會，而什麼活動不行，行政機關沒有這樣的權限。

系列一：守護樂生•全民進駐 國際協力工作坊

＜＜活動背景＞＞
位於新莊的樂生療養院，是1927年日本政府在台灣所建，強制收留當時的痲瘋病患者，戰後繼續作為一個療養所，院內現在住著300名已經痊癒的阿公阿嬤，樂生院為日治時期建築，至今有78年歷史，從形式（仿歐式圓拱、閩式三合院）、建材（如傳統屋瓦、木結構）都是現代建築學習的典範。近日院方以要脅搬到新大樓為由，不願修繕房舍、修剪花木，任由垃圾堆置，讓院民過得很不舒服。所以我們決定發起「國際協力工作坊」，號召有志之士進行樂生院房舍修繕、粉刷油漆、環境維護等工作，現場由木工與油漆師傅領班，傳授DIY整修技術。 ...繼續閱讀
