Kim Kashkashian是來自美國的女性提琴家。他們相遇在一九九九年的柏根音樂節(Bergen Festival)。
Manu Katché是非籍法裔的打擊樂手。
而"In Praise of Dreams"是極度自由，延續了當代與電子聲響的折衷。

Six years have passed since saxophonist Jan Garbarek's last solo effort, so it's fair to say that there's a certain amount of expectation surrounding the release of this one. And while In Praise of Dreams may please fans (if only because it means there'll be a lengthy tour to support it), it might leave others wondering what all the fuss is about.by BBC Jazz
