以前因為在外籍人士很多的環境中上班
不管12/25是不是國定假日，都會和同事過聖誕節
在國外的時候，慶祝聖誕節更是一個全民性的運動
可是自從去年回到台灣之後，似乎漸漸失去過聖誕節的動力
收到以前同事寄來的聖誕Party邀請也不再心動
聖誕夜也沒有安排活動，下班後還是乖乖回到宿舍看電視
感覺就和其他日子沒什麼差別

今天辦公室蠻冷清的，國外已經都放假所以沒什麼事情
很多同事也都請假出去玩了
趁空閒瀏覽一下別人的部落格，發現大家都在介紹耶誕歌曲
才想想自己好像很少會寫聖誕歌曲相關的文章
所以就利用上班的空檔還寫一下我最愛的耶誕單曲

我的耶誕單曲首選非Vanessa Williams莫屬
還記得1993年第一次看到What Child Is This?的MV就被深深吸引
可能剛好當年被Vanessa的Just For Tonight感動的關係
同樣是走黑白色系的MV深深擄獲我的心

What Child Is This?是為了A Very Special Christmas 2所特別灌錄的單曲
後來在1994年被收錄在The Sweetest Days的美版Maxi當中
當時美版Maxi為應景還收錄了Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas
這兩首歌算是Vanessa Williams首度灌錄的耶誕鹰景歌曲
What Child Is This?後來有被收錄在1996年的耶誕專輯Star Bright當中
Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas則被收在2004年Silver & Gold中
