Diane Warren堪稱是當代樂壇最最最芭樂的情歌song writer了

她寫過的暢銷曲不計其數

而這次要比較的歌，也剛好是她的作品


Show Me The Way Back To Your Heart（真是落落長的歌名）
首次出現是在Gloria Estefan的1996年專輯Destiny中
第一次聽這首歌感覺並沒有很突出
非常簡單柔和的編曲，並沒有任何灑狗血的橋段
但是，卻流露著一股內斂卻且淡淡的哀傷感
這種歌一聽就知道幾乎不可能拿出來當主打
但是在專輯中卻有不錯「畫龍點睛」的效果


之後，在隔不到一年的時間
這首歌出現在Brian McKnight的1997年專輯Anytime當中
在Brian重新詮釋下，雖然還是沒做太大的變化
但是編曲上變得比較有R&B的感覺
跟原本比較偏白人成人抒情的曲風不太一樣
個人覺得Brian詮釋的版本還不錯聽
說實話，感覺比較灑狗血一點點
但是還是保留原曲那種淡淡的哀傷感


到了2000年的時候，這首歌再度被翻唱
不過這次是被Luis Fonsi翻唱成西班牙文版
Dime Como Vuelvo A Tener Tu Corazon
收錄在專輯Eterno當中
Luis的版本基本上編曲沿用Gloria的版本
但是他詮釋的方式卻比較偏Brian的方式
而且比起Brian的版本還要灑狗血
感覺有點像是結合前面兩個版本的大成
