午夜的天堂酒吧

My heart skips a beat every time we meet。

這次去香港過生日，比起上一次到香港
感覺好很多，因為發生幾件很lucky的事
而且都剛好是在我住的飯店發生的


首先，那個Hyatt Hong Kong的櫃檯真是超超超超好看的
看到他的時候真想對他唱My Heart Skips A Beat，呵呵
而且他的態度也非常的好，感覺非常專業
讓我覺得錢花的很值得
再來，因為有珠寶展的關係，所以房間幾乎fully booked了
所以我們被up-grade到29樓的executive room
有超級棒的harbor view，而且還有DVD可以看！
真的是個pleasant stay，錢果然沒白花


晚上當然免不了去香港的bar去clubbing
目前在香港的舞池國歌應該算是
Narcotic Thrust的I Like It和Jahkey B feat. Satta的Heartattack
連續兩個晚上都有聽到，感覺蠻紅的
新歌的部份，感覺並沒有聽到很多
有聽到Junior Jack的Stupid Disco和Kylie的Chocolate
Chocolate放的是Tom Middleton的版本
也是Chocolate眾多混音當中唯一比較club-friendly的版本
另外也聽到George Michael的新歌Flawless (Go To The City)
因為對這首歌不熟，不確定是誰的混音版本
不過我覺得應該是Sharp的混音版本


因為不是第一次去香港，所以這次沒花很多時間到處看
唯一真正看風景的機會就是去太平山看夜景
彌補上次因為遇到颱風沒法去的遺憾
逛HMV的時候意外撿到兩張精選輯
首先是Cathy Dennis的精選，這張在台灣沒看過
收錄了Cathy三張專輯中的代表單曲
不過很遺憾的是並沒有收到Cathy的non-album track
還有最難聽的第三張專輯竟然收了最多首歌
另外也買了Brand New Heavies的2-CD精選Anthology
這張嚴格說起來是BNH早期在Acid Jazz廠牌底下的作品輯
自從BNH紅了之後，Acid Jazz每隔一段時間都會把他們的東西拿出來發
會買這張的原因是因為收了很多首珍貴的live歌曲，很值得收藏
以前聽人家說過香港的二手CD相當發達
可是卻了兩次都沒看到令人impressed的店
我想可能是因為我自己不知道門路
不知道有沒有誰知道可以報馬一下？


點播的是Cathy Dennis的My Beating Heart
選自她首張專輯的抒情曲
其實除了舞曲之外，Cathy的抒情歌也相當動聽
像美國Top10單曲Too Many Walls，以及My Beating Heart和Tell Me
都是相當悲悽的抒情曲
就點播這首My Beating Heart給Hyatt Hong Kong的Christopher
謝謝他讓我的生日感到非常愉快
也希望他八月後回紐約攻讀飯店管理一切順利
