沒想到Lisa Stansfield會翻唱一個默默無名歌手的歌。

最近在YouTube發現到Chris Braide的If I Hadn't Got You的video
選自他1997年的專輯Life In A Minor Key
這才發現這首歌就是Lisa Stansfield在The Moment中的第二主打歌
對於Chris Braide這個名字幾乎是完全沒有聽過
壓根兒也沒想到我們家小莎莎會去翻唱他的歌


關於Chris Braide，幾乎都找不到他的資料
連AMG上都是一片空白
目前唯一找的到的是他合寫了American Idol
第二季亞軍Clay Aiken的冠軍曲This Is The Night
還有Will Young的Anything Is Possible也是他合寫的
另外他也在Kylie Mingoue的專輯Body Language當中
和Cathy Dennis合寫了After Dark這首歌
看來他可能在當歌手不賣之後轉到幕後了


Chris Braide的If I Hadn't Got You其實不錯聽
不過怎麼聽都覺得他在學Simply Red
從外型到轉音，神韻全部都像
