My POOR English

Serveral months ago, I started to prepare the IELTS test.
So that I study English everyday, memorize new words, read English essaies, watch CNN, listen BBC...
And now, I don't know how to translate the "POOR" of this title--My POOR English.

Should I translate it to "破”?(我的破英文)
Or I should translate it to "可憐的”.(我可憐的英文)
My English really like a poor guy.
I did many things for him these time,
but seems not  helpful so far.

Couple days ago, I met an American guy in a restaurant.
Guess what?
I can't  speak out any English, even a simple introduction.
I didn't know what should I say and how should I do, even in simple English.
I feel so upset about that.
So I think, maybe I should write and use English much oven.
Training myself to use English in my daily life.
This is why I build up a new column called "My POOR English".
If I could I will write some articles about my English study or something that I want to describe it in English.

My English is not good enough.
So that if you can't get my words,
or you find some mistakes, e.x. grammer, spelling, etc.
Or you want to give me some better suggestions,
please leave your message.

I think, this new column would be very funny.
Hope it can help me to improve my English.
See ya ;)
