跟大家說明一下解決辦法

1、首先，安裝 Applocale。
看是要安裝微軟提供的版本，還是修改過後的 piaip applocale 應該都可以。因為我是使用 piaip Applocale 所以提供這款的載點：http://rapidshare.com/files/236327642/papploc.rar

2、啟動 Applocale 後，選擇遊戲執行檔。

3、接著選擇啟動此遊戲的語系（阿賽拜然語），如圖中的選項：


4、最後它會問要不要設定一個捷徑（建議要），以後就不用每次都跑這些步驟了。
