令人垂涎的甜點



朋友送了幾個甜點, 是她的客戶在 Los Altos新開的蛋糕店特製蛋糕.
看到這蛋糕, 就讓我想去一年半前在Zuckin家吃的那幾個神戶美味甜點.

這家店的老闆是日本人, 他在哈佛拿到MBA的學位, 並在灣區star up一家公司, 公司股票上市後, 也賺了錢, 便毅然決然 quit掉工作, 開始追逐他人生的夢想~ 開一家精緻的日式西點舖.

2006年1月中, 第一家店開在Los Altos downtown, 緊接著將在夏威夷開第二家店, 在他並發下宏願, 今年內要在灣區開設5家分店.
他們的甜點非常貼心的在糖的使用上減量, 而食材也盡量選擇local 或organic的. 雖說蛋糕是過度精緻的西點, 但是偶而想放縱自己的時候, 不妨選擇這美麗又可口的Satura Cakes.

Dear Angela,

This cake really looks delicious! If I lived there, I would try one definitely. By the way, I was found I have three carious teeth to care.
So, maybe I'd better stop having sweet cakes to prevent bad teeth although I do love to have ones. (;_;)

Dear Zuckin,

I still think the one we had in your house(bought from Kobe) taste better, but in this area Satura Cakes are considered very good.

平常實在很難到Los Altos去,
所以一直未有機會再試它其它口味的蛋糕...
