第一百篇的音樂文章。
寫著寫著，不知不覺已經將書寫音樂的文章推進第一百篇了，雖然對許多專業的寫手來說，這可能不算什麼，但對我來說卻是一個里程碑，它標誌著自己那顆從年少即熱愛音樂的心未曾隨著時間的推移而減少，而且看來心中那股火燄仍會繼續熊熊地燃燒下去。
我想，這100篇文章也可以看作是我與音樂相知相戀的故事，每張專輯與每個團體進入我生活的方式不盡然相同，發生交集的過程也不全然相似，可是他們都是構成我生活軌跡不可或缺的一部份，我很珍惜與他們之間的相遇，這些團體的歷史以及他們對音樂的熱情與執著不僅釋放了住在我心裡振翅欲飛的靈魂，也豐富了我的生命，於是在記錄他們的當下，同時也記錄了我自己。
昨天當我再次瀏覽這些文章時，心裏浮現一個想法，如果要我選擇一首歌來解釋自己對音樂的那種癡狂行徑，會是那一首？The Velvet Underground的Pale Blue Eyes(選自1969年發行的同名專輯)很自然地便從腦海裡跳脫出來，歌裏面男孩對有著蒼白藍眼睛女孩的迷戀正適切地說出了自己的心情，這首歌不管我repeat多少次也不會有覺得厭倦的時候。

The Velvet Underground也是當初香蕉共和國這個部落格命名的由來，那張發行於1967年、由Andy Warhol主理，而且有著一根大香蕉封面的The Velvet Underground & Nico唱片，所有喜愛搖滾樂的朋友幾乎人手一張，沒有的人請趕快去買！The Velvet Underground於1970年解散前發行的四張專輯，包括The Velvet Underground & Nico(1967)、White Light/White Heat(1967)、The Velvet Underground(1969)與loaded(1970)，所有引領90年代另類場域的音樂風潮都可以在其中找到原型。
Ambient大師Brian Eno曾說過一句耐人尋味的話，“While only a few thousand people bought a Velvet Underground record upon their initial release, almost every single one of them was inspired to start a band.” 我相信這是至理名言，也由此可見The Velvet Underground對樂壇的影響力，而對於我們這些信奉搖滾的子民來說，The Velvet Underground以及他們身處的60年代應該是我們所有人共有的鄉愁吧！
