I came across this song
when I read "Lifeboat" in Reader's Digest
(May 2009).
In the article, a couple sang this song when
they were struggling for life in a lifeboat with 29 other people in freezing Antarctic waters.
It fit the situation perfectly.
An encouraging song indeed.

Two of my students told me that they sang the song "Hero" before their 2nd stage of the college admission screening. One sang "When You Believe" while he was waiting for his interview. Miraculosly, some songs give us strength.
