What does the song mean?
"It was a funny idea to write about a lemon tree. This line was always there from the beginning. It's funny because you think of a line for a song which you think is really good, but it doesn't make so much sense. We didn't want to lose that line, so we made some lyrics around it. That's why the lyrics were so easy. Everybody knows the lyrics, even in Germany where many people don't speak English.

"It's about a guy, waiting for his girlfriend. The song sounds happy, but the lyrics are kind of melancholic. I was listening to it today, and I must admit I don't really understand it 100% myself. It's just a funny love story, you know. Like you lose somebody, and it's like biting into a lemon kind of feeling. That sour feeling."
