“had second thoughts”是不是「有第二個想法」的意思？

根據Macmillan English Dictionary的解釋：
have second thoughts (about something) means
”begin to doubt a decision you have already made”
因此”had second thoughts”有「對先前所做的決定開始有所存疑」的意思。
類似的用法有
“on second thought”
used when you want to change something you have just said, often to say the opposite.
